My Review Of Jim Salerno Buick GMC :

I walked into Jim Salerno Buick GMC last Friday and was immediately greeted by a friendly receptionist. I told her that I wanted to look at a GMC Yukon XL and she put me in touch with John Dreyer. This guy is awesome. I told John what I wanted in the Yukon and he said that there were several outside waiting for me. John is a true professional. He answered my questions and was very knowledgable. John sealed the deal with me and began the paperwork. The rest of the staff kept me comfortable and informed as John continued with the paperwork. A few hours later I left Salerno driving a new GMC. I was raining pretty hard on Friday so my GMC wasn't detailed before I drove away. John asked if I could bring it back later this week to have it detailed when the weather is better. This may not seem like a big deal, BUT I have bought cars before from other dealerships and they didn't care about the weather. It is reassuring to know that John and Salerno GMC truly care about their customers and not the sale. I will definitely be a returning customer for service and new vehicles in the future. Mi will also recommend Salerno Buick GMC to my friends and family.

My Review Of Jim Salerno Buick GMC :

My 2009 GMC Acadia had been suffering from multiple issues. I currently owed several payments on my purchased Acadia; GMC/Salerno however absorbed the remaining payments and also gave me money towards a new truck. I am very happy to say the monthly lease payment on my new 2013 Buick Enclave is much lower then the previous monthly loan payments on my Acadia. If you are looking for a dealership that is both fair and reliable this is the place to go. Ask for George Gregory if you want a friendly, no nonsense, down to earth salesman who will get you what you need. The sales manager Joe Bourdon was also great with getting me a fair, affordable deal on my new Buick. I definitely recommend Salerno to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle.

My Review Of Jim Salerno Buick GMC :

I live on Long Island. I have not bought myself a new truck in almost 25 years. I turned 62 in March and I told my sister (she lives in NJ) that I was going to buy myself a new truck for my birthday. My sister told me about the Jim Salerno Buick-GMC dealership in Randolph NJ. She told me to call Joe Bourdon to discuss the model and options I wanted on the truck. I sent Joe a list of what I wanted and really didn't think he would find one already built. I was willing to wait 6 or 7 weeks to get what I wanted, so it didn't matter to me if I had to order it. I believe a week or so went by and I got an email from Joe showing a truck almost exactly like the one I would have ordered. I notice that there was a VIN number on the email, I called Joe and asked him if this truck was already built and ready for sale. Joe said the truck would be at the dealership that week and I could come and look at it. I went over to see Joe on Thursday of that week and I loved the truck he found for me, even the color was what I wanted. I bought the truck right on the spot, it is beautiful! Joe had taken care of everything, all I had to do was look the truck over and sign the papers. Joe and his wonderful professional team were just great, I was not rushed in any way and was not obligated to take the truck..........absolutely no pressure at all! I would definitely buy another vehicle (for my wife of course) from Jim Salerno Buick-GMC and recommend people to buy there as well. For me it was worth my time to go to NJ to buy my truck. I also got to see my sister........it doesn't get any better than that! Great people. Great experience.

My Review Of Jim Salerno Buick GMC :

I recently purchased a Buick Regal from Jim Salerno Buick GMC. It is the second automobile that I have purchased in approximately a year. The other was a La Crosse 2012 E Type. Obviously I was impressed with the service that I got there and with the salesman that I worked with. I found Lenny Satisky honest and forthright. In addition he was knowledgeable about both models that he sold me. He did not forget me once the sale was over. He answered the questions that I had about the Infotainment System and helped me master some of the problems that I experienced. I would not hesitate recommending Lenny and the dealership to my friends.

My Review Of Jim Salerno Buick GMC :

I'll premise this review by saying that Jim Salerno Dealership exceeded all my expections! I did my research on the GMC Terrain and of course searched for the best prices online and I was immediately drawn to Jim Salerno. First, because of their outstanding price. They beat all competitors. Sounded to good to be true... yes, especially when I was able to obtain a savings gift certificate which said would save me almost 3,000 off the MSRP. But I decided to contact the online sales representative Dan Diprimo and found that it was in fact a valid savings certificate and would be able to utilize it to lower the price of the truck I was interested in. I was immediately excited, but wanted to compare shop in person. I went to a dealership near where I live and quickly learned they were not willing to price match. This of course made me more interesting in Jim Salerno and decided to visit them in person. Let me just add- Jim Salerno was not at all close to where I lived- but I was intruiged and it turned out to be the best decision. The dealership is a bit under construction, but this did not seem to hinder the kind sprits of all the salesmen. Everyon was so nice and I did not feel pressured at all. it felt very warm and their staff makes you feel at home. The gentlemen made me laugh and it was like talking to your funny uncle. Dan Diprimo was the one who handled my sales and he was super patient (I had LOTS of questions). I never felt pressured and they defintely worked with me to get me to the monthly price I wanted to pay for the 2013 GMC Terrain. He was so good, I ended up leaving with a brand new car that day!! They were super efficient and even took care of calling my insurance company and setting me up. I highly recommend going to Jim Salerno. They took such good care of me. I even got a whole year of free maintenance with the package. Go to Jim Salerno!!!

My Review Of Jim Salerno Buick GMC :

I had a great experience buying my 2013 Buick Verano at Jim Salerno Buick. Met with Dan Diprimo, who listened to what I was looking for, and patiently test drove a Lacross, Regal and Verano with me, pointing out the differnences in each vehicle, enabling me to make my choice wirhout hassle. Being an accountant, I had crunched the numbers before returning to sign my deal and Dan had no problem giviing me a fair prce. I was then passed to the business manager Jonathan Weiner, who also was honest and helpful, patiently listening and running different scenario s to best fit my needs The Jim Salerno Team has my full endorsement!

My Review Of Jim Salerno Buick GMC :

We just bought a 2012 Buick Enclave from Dan DiPrimo at Jim Salerno. Our whole experience at Jim Salerno was very positive. We went in to the dealership knowing exactly what we wanted, as we had visited other dealerships and already test drove the car. I explained to Dan what we wanted and, instead of playing games, he came back with a strong offer, which was better than the offers from the other dealers we visited. Dan was very pleasant and he told us to think about the offer and get back to him since he was confident in his offer without being pushy. When we decided to go with Jim Salerno based on our comfort level with the staff, particularly Dan, and pricing, an issue arose when they could not get the exact vehicle we wanted (Dan had explained to us in advance that there were only 1 or 2 of the exact vehicles we wanted left in the area and they would do their best to get one of them for us). However, Dan and Jim Salerno were good to their word and got us a vehicle that we were even happier with while matching the original price offer. We also had a positive experience with Jonathan Weiner, who took the time to explain things and answer questions at the closing, and Joe Bourdon, who helped resolve the aforementioned issue. I would definitely recommend Jim Salerno and, in particular, Dan DiPrimo.
