Bought a ram for my son and purchased the best extended warranty but that's not what they purchased for me I had a repair done that I paid for , I got the BBB involved and Jim Shirley finally they messed u warranty but that's not what they purchased for me I had a repair done that I paid for , I got the BBB involved and Jim Shirley finally they messed up on the warranty and agreed to pay for repair I gave Matt duck the manager the invoice and bf een 3 weeks and still no check glad I have all the paperwork,guess I have to take them to court on this issue so watch what you do with them, even the salesman Mike malarkey told them he sold me top of the line warranty can't believe how bad and sneaky they are , had a suv from wright automotive and they were fantastic covering their warranty probably going there next time More

I had bought a warranty, put $500 down. I had given all the info that I needed to give to a girl name Ashley from financial at Jim Shorkey‘s jeep dealership back in March. She told me that I had given all the info that I needed to give to a girl name Ashley from financial at Jim Shorkey‘s jeep dealership back in March. She told me that all I had to do was just wait and they’ll let me know when I would start paying my bill monthly . She did tell me, I’ll have to wait a while to hear from them. So a month went by already and still heard nothing from them. I called and had left a message. Awhile goes by and I call again a leave another message. Meanwhile I’m thinking what is going on? I’m telling my boss the whole thing and she said we’ll they gotta get ahold of you sometime to pay the bill? I said I guess? I just thought it was strange and strange I got no call back? So I called again two times and left a message. Two months have gone past and I had called a few more times and had left messages but no response? Hear nothing from whoever I’m supposed to be paying my warranty bill too? Any ways I finally did get through and A short tells me I’m to call this company and talk to them to find out what’s going on? I called and they told me they had cancelled my warranty and I asked why and they said I wasn’t paying my bill? So they wouldn’t budge so I called Ashley back and again I lucked out cause she answered the phone I told her what they said so she said she would talk to them and see. I waited awhile to hear from her but she did call me to tell me they had sent me my bill to my house which I had never seen this bill, never got sn email or a call from them. She told me they had the wrong phone number by one number and my email they had it wrong and that was three letters wrong. So I told her I’ll call them back. So I did. To make the Story short ,the guy name Jeff told me they’ve left messages to my voicemail after that, I told him but yes, to the wrong number, and he said we’ll we left messages so it’s not my problem. I called Ashley back to tell her what this Jeff said from that company and she said she’d call and fix it. So I waited and I waited for freakin a week to hear from her cause again I had to leave messages behind with no call backs. Not to mention when I should have that I had left a message to one manager named Mark who never called me back and tried to get someone higher to speak with but the receptionist seemed to be keeping me from doing this cause she didn’t know who were the managers or general manager and was always telling me they were on vacation? Yet any place like this would have to have someone be taking their place while the other is on vacation, you would think? So anyways Ashley from financial tells me ,that they cancelled my warranty and that their dealership had to pay them for what I owed and that was that and that I could start a new application for a new warranty and my $500 I put down back in March they kept it. She then stated that the dealership would give me a discount when I apply for a new warranty? I’m thinking are you kidding me? I literally got ripped off. I called that company back about my money and the employee that answered my last and very last phone call literally told me that they are a company that just takes payments and that if I have or had issue about my billing? That it’s the dealership I m supposed to talk yo not them? I’m like oh my god, this whole time it was the dealership that screwed mr over and Ashley lied to me all this time about fixing the problem when it was the dealerships fault? Don’t buy warranty from this dealership they are a god dam rip off and I wished I’d never bought a car from this place owner of this dealership by Jim Shorkey. More
