Purchased 2021 challenger 7 months ago. Wynn gives free inspections with purchaseof car. My first inspection today, car was only driven 500 miles since purchase..inspection went well nothin Wynn gives free inspections with purchaseof car. My first inspection today, car was only driven 500 miles since purchase..inspection went well nothing needed ...EXCEPT they claimed passanger side wiper blade needed replacement..i expected them to say it would cost $30.00..but they wanted to charge $100.00 for a pair of wiper blades. They told me they couldnt put inspection and emmissions stickers on unless i had them install the $100 wiper blades. Funny thing was i used the wipers in morning to clear light rain from windshield and noticed how weel blades worked. After complaining they said i could go buy my own and install ( 4 minute job) and bring it back..big A was ip the street so spent $22 on new blades on removal i saw they ripped the top 4" of the passenger blade and 11" on the driver blade..when i returned they made me wait an another hour and pulled the car back in the garage, and only returned my car when i began to get loud and let customers know that there mechanics ripped my wiper blades to recover the cost of the "free inspection" buyer beware if you use wynn for any service! More

It was unexpected that I would be in need of a new car when I went in for service. Don was so receptive, understanding, patient. He eased my confusion honestly and gave me a loaner just like the car I was when I went in for service. Don was so receptive, understanding, patient. He eased my confusion honestly and gave me a loaner just like the car I was interested in getting, which gave me a few days to get comfortable with the new car. The decision of leasing vs buying was made clear with examples of other customers in my situation. I would not go any where else!! More

It is a few and far between experience in today's culture where haste and insincerity dicatate the current norms. The redesigned studio (too sophicated to call it a dealership anymore) is very upscale, and it becomes very apparent that you are totally ensconced in Swedish chic down to the Swedese brand sofa(Swedish brand). Take a look and see for yourself. The Wynn family runs it like a socially responsible family run operation with all the modern day conveniences. Enjoy! More

Horrible I own a 1998 volvo s70 the handle to the oil dipstick broke in order to replace the dipstick. I will have to replace the newer model dipstick the dips I own a 1998 volvo s70 the handle to the oil dipstick broke in order to replace the dipstick. I will have to replace the newer model dipstick the dipstick tube and the seal the parts come to a total of $85 plus $60 labor an easy job of just replacing the dipstick has made it become more difficult. I feel i should not have to replace or pay the extra parts and labor just to have a working dipstick. I have called the corporate volvo office and 3 other dealers in the philadelphia area and i am getting the same answers today when i said i am going to make a complaint to small claims court on the phone the man said i have a customer in the counter and hung up on me.i do not mind paying for the dipstick but the extra parts and labor is unacceptable and i will get this dipstick replaced. More

I called last minute to ask Pat if she could fit me in re:slow leak tire. She was able to accomodate me as well as taking care of a burnt out light bulb and worn out wind shield wipers.
