Terrible and pathetic. uneducated mechanics trying to make a living led by the worst people in tulsa.the so called manager paul tried to bribe my wife with 1500 to take down uneducated mechanics trying to make a living led by the worst people in tulsa.the so called manager paul tried to bribe my wife with 1500 to take down a bad google review after he totalled our car we spent 5000 on to be fixed.kory also was upset and took it out on my wife.sad sad sad.while there speaking to paul he also advised his staff and friends to add good reviews to bump his ratings on google.a daycare is better organized than this. Went to have my commercial vehicle serviced. Got there at 8 am and didn’t leave until 5pm! Not good! I won’t be using them for my vehicles again. The only reason I can give Fowler Ford a one star is due to the establishment being open…My son and I took his Ford F-250 truck and the services rendered was below expectation. The truck has been there 5 mo to the establishment being open…My son and I took his Ford F-250 truck and the services rendered was below expectation. The truck has been there 5 months and is still there now. During the 5 months we received the truck back 3 times and each time it still did not run. Over the 3 times maybe we had the truck back a total of 7 days. I am not sure how Ford is allowing this dealership to operate under it’s brand. Please do not take your vehicle here. More

I had earlier and spoke to Thomas Vaughn. He looked up service schedule for my vehicle and got me lined out on what services I needed. Thomas was knowledgeable and friendly. When I arrived, T He looked up service schedule for my vehicle and got me lined out on what services I needed. Thomas was knowledgeable and friendly. When I arrived, Thomas was at lunch. I spoke to Anthony Ybarra, again knowledge and friendly. He got the paperwork done quickly and had the truck in to a tech within 20 minutes. I had received a mail service coupon but could not locate it at home. Anthony directed me to ford online coupons, which had the one I was mailed. Saved me 150.00 $ on my services. As usual staff at Fowler great. They got my 3 services, transmission flush, radiator flush and diesel fuel filters changed in under 3.5 hrs. More

Vue help me and my daughter get some things taken care of she purchased her first car and it ended up being a part of a recall and some other issues she had been without a car for at least 2 weeks it didn't she purchased her first car and it ended up being a part of a recall and some other issues she had been without a car for at least 2 weeks it didn't seem like Matthew cared so I called and spoke with Vue he just had a death in his family but he was able to help me and my daughter get into a vehicle so she could get back and forth to work he understood the urgency he had great customer service and I really appreciate him.
