My Review of Joe Machens Ford:
I was involved in a major accident and took my vehicle to your service dept..the lady at the fron desk was always on personal calls to either her mom or her childs day care (wich she wasnt to happy with at the time)..I have to pick up my vehicle and then discovered that the alignment was WAY OFF and the alignment to the bed was also off....I paid $120.00 for the alignment i took it back and then they said i needed new leaf springs and that they would fixx the alignment and the bed alignment ....I then again was charged another $120.00 for ANOTHER ALIGNMENT wich wasnt even done right the first time..so that $240.00 for 2 alingments in less then 2 weeks.OUTRAGEOUS.not to mention all the other rude incidents i had with my service provider Jim potecheck complete and udderly rude.....To the point that he didnt let me take my vechile over a $ 46.95 discrepency that THEY had with the insurance company..thats when i delt with DOUG the manager after i was detained and very upset about the circumstances for over an hour and fifteen mins.....<br>I would appreciate a phone call as to this matter because my vehicle is still not fixxed to my satisfaction and the ALINGMENT IS STILL OFF and the BED IS STILL NOT ALINGED WITH THE BODY.........YET I HAVE PAID FOR BOTH SERVICES TWICE.........<br>
