My Review of Joe Machens Toyota-Scion:
My husband and I came in looking for a larger vehicle as we expand our family. Even though we weren't able to purchase that day, Moses was very helpful in discussing the best vehicle options for us and how to get in the right position to be able to make a purchase. We were thrilled with the amount of helpful information Moses gave us and the time he spent explaining everything. So many salesmen are only interested in the bottom line and getting a sale but Moses recognized that we weren't in that position yet. We will definitely be coming back to purchase the car from him as soon as we have a down payment ready, and thanks to the time he took with us we know exactly how much to save! In these economic times when every cent counts, it really helps to go into something like this with professional advice.

My Review of Joe Machens Toyota-Scion:
We stopped by Joe Machens Toyota quite a while ago on a whim and Rafael assisted us in a very friendly, helpful and low pressure manner. We decided if we were ever going to buy a car again, we'd look Rafael up. Sure enough, a year later (July. 2011) we were in the market for a used car to replace our Toyota Sienna. Rafael went above and beyond helping us find something that we ended up being REALLY happy with. After several hours of looking at different cars Rafael found a 2009 Toyota Highlander that fit our family perfectly. He helped us get into the car at a very reasonable price and did everything he could to help us. We really felt he treated us honestly and fairly and represented everything we thought Joe Machens stood for. When we are in the market for a car again, we will definitely call Rafael and would absolutely use the Joe Machens Automotive group.

My Review of Joe Machens Toyota-Scion:
Initially called about a used Cadillac Eldorado that was listed on ebay. I talked with Dean Hovis and he was very helpful in telling me information about the car and took my offer to the sales manager. After a little negotiation a price was agreed on. I told Dean I would have to fly in from Tulsa to his store in Columbia, Missouri. Dean picked me up at the airport and his cheerful and knowledgeable sales nature was a delightful experience. The car was stunning and beyond my expectation. He went with me on the test drive and explained every aspect of the cars options. He was professional and friendly throughout the contract preparation. Frank Marcurella led me through the final contract and answered all my questions in a professional way.
Eeveryone in the store was super friendly and made my entire buying experience one I will long remember.
I highly reccomend this dealership. If you feel reluctant about buying from a dealership that is a great distance from your home, rest assured if it happens to be Joe Machens.

I was not sure what to expect when buying a new car. I was a first time buyer and was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Joe Machens Toyota. Dean Hovis made the experience exciting from test driving cars to talking numbers and also made me feel comfortable about making a big purchase. Jeff Simmons made the financial end of the buying process quick and painless with his added humor making the experience a good one. I felt very taken care of at Joe Machens Toyota and am very happy with my Toyota Corolla! I would gladly recommend the dealership to others.

Bill is the greatest. He knew I had been waiting for a Prius for years and had a Camry for the last 10 years. He worked with me to get me into a new 2012 Prius, and my payment is less than the Camry. He knows all the ins and outs of leasing and made me feel confident I was making the right decision. He even found one in my favorite color and had it shipped from Kentucky. He may be persistent, but never pushy. He had my best interest at heart. I know I can count on him in the future if the need arises. Thanks, Bill.

My Review of Joe Machens Toyota-Scion:
We were interested in a new Prius, so we went to Machens because they are local. They let us do an extended test drive without too much trouble. MSRP on a Prius isn't really negotiable, but our trade-in was. Their original offer was pretty low, but we were satisfied with the final trade-in amount we were given. They found the car we wanted quickly when they didn't have one available on the lot. Overall, it was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've had.

My Review of Joe Machens Toyota-Scion:
Cameron Tigg was our sales adviser and was very knowledgeable about the Prius we were interested in and walked us through every detail and had an answer to practically every question we had. During the test drive he explained a lot of important things about the car and it's handling during the demo. Afterwards he made us feel comfortable and went out of his way to help in anyway during sale. I can say that my wife and I saw him as very polite, helpful and energetic and a benefit to the Machens dealership. The dealership is also very friendly towards customers and will work with a customer to make them feel very good about a purchase. Highly recommended

Dean was so great to work with!!! I had a very good idea of what I wanted prior to meeting with Dean. I had a very detailed list of "wants" and "needs," he totally delivered exactly what I wanted!!! Even though he didn't have that exact model on the lot, he was able to get it for me within a matter of days! He was a very low pressure and super friendly salesman which is SOOOO hard to find! It was nice to be treated so well and share a few laughs with the staff while waiting to sign papers. Everything about Dean and the guys at Joe Machens were great...I will definately purchase my next vehicle at this dealership! I was VERY happy with my experience!
