My Review of Joe Pistocco Automall:
I walked in to ask a question about oil changes.<br>Brian was very professional and polite. He explained the warranty service to me, in a simple to understand way.<br>He took the time to check my VIN #, and the computer found a recall. He then fixed the recalled part right away. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He came across as very genuine. I would highly recommend any BMW service at this center.<br>They also charge list price (no mark up) for oil filters! I do not know what their discount for BMWCCA is, yet.
