My Review of Joe Van Horn Chevrolet :
Last week me and my wife went in to Joe Van Horn Chevrolet to look at used vehicles cause we were looking for a vehicle better suited to trans port our granddaughter in than our extended cab truck. Nick turned us on to a used Chevy Cruze with extremely low mileage. After a nice test drive, Nick answered our questions very well and started the ball rolling with the financing aspect of the purchase. Needless to say, we were guided through the whole process as painlessly as possible,signed the paperwork and were able to drive away a short while later in our new car. none of this would have been possible without the great work of Nick and Travis.Definitely coming back for my next vehicle purchase. Thank-you all!

Nick and the entire staff went way above and beyond to take care of me and make sure I found a car that was perfect for me.
The Test drive was great, sales process was friendly and not pushy. Financing was easy and overall pretty quick.
I would recommend making the drive to check out Joe Van Horn Chevrolet. You will be very surprised at what you find. I know I was.

The time to finalize, and acquire the truck was quite lenghthy. It took probably about an hour waiting for the finance person to become available. I still have to take the vehicle back to have a wheel bearing replaced. Seems to me this shold have been taken care of before the sale.

My Review of Joe Van Horn Chevrolet :
I will never return to this establishment and I would suggest extreme caution to anyone who plans to visit for a purchase or service. I am absolutely dissatisfied with all interactions since my vehicle purchase. I have had the same problem 3 times, in the last 6 months, with my vehicle . My vehicle is still under warranty and it still is not fixed. The employees at this establishment don't know how to follow directions on how and where to contact a client, they lack the ability to diagnose a problem and repair it correctly, they are dishonest and have no sense of integrity, and I have since learned after doing more personal research on my vehicle that they lied to us at the time of sale. While trying to correct the problem and deal with a manager I was told "I could take my business elsewhere and have another GM dealer work on it." I believe this statement speaks for itself in relation to the kind of customer service they provide and the desire to provide quality vehicles and quality customer service. They are very aware of how unhappy we are with the service and will not do anything to correct the problem. We are consulting some legal advice concerning the current situation.

The timely manner (over 2 months) in regards to resolving this issue is just another example of the lack of quality customer service. I have tried contacting multiple employees at your establishment and its amazing the lack of accountability for peoples actions within your establishment. Its amazing how there are so many middle people to try to resolve issues and all of them leave and no longer work for the company. When the people try to stand up for the customer they either get fired or can't deal with the pressure and move on to better endeavors. I reaffirm my original statememtn I completely dissatisfied and will never return to your establishment and I would also suggest extreme caution to anyone who does plan to visit because they will say and do whatever it takes to make the purchase and then your on your own with whatever you buy. Don't count on them to fix anything correctly or treat you very nicely in the process.

My Review of Joe Van Horn Chevrolet :
We previously purchased a vehicle from here 1-1/2 years ago and were very pleased with the service. This past weekend, we were going here to test drive some used vehicles and ended up getting put into a brand new, beautiful 2012 Malibu! Robert was very friendly and accommodating. We were also impressed that Sheila had already done some checking with GM to see if we could fit into a new financing program they had. We were already qualified at a payment level that we had planned on and a much lower interest rate than what we are currently paying. We were in and out in a few hours and will continue to come back here when our daughters are driving in a few years. I recommend this dealership to anyone with any type of credit and wanting to be treated with total respect.

I found the car I wanted on the internet and it was located at Joe Van Horn Chevrolet in Plymouth.I called to see if it was still there and talked to Dennis Erdly who said it was.My wife and I drove the 100+ miles to Plymouth and Dennis had the car ready for us to take for a test drive.We liked every thing about the car including a very low price.Dennis was very friendly and helpful during the whole buying experience.There was no pressure to buy extras or extended programs.Dennis went through the full history on the car so we knew exactly what we were buying.From start to finish this was a very positive experience.The whole staff there was very helpful and friendly.I would highly recommend Joe Van Horn Chevrolet.
