You should run and never go back. I gave one star because I could not go lower. My car was towed into the dealer Joey Aicardi on Nov 29, 2002. I made many calls for 2 weeks and never I gave one star because I could not go lower. My car was towed into the dealer Joey Aicardi on Nov 29, 2002. I made many calls for 2 weeks and never received a call back, then on Dec. I3 called and was told my car was ready, how did everything get fixed if no one ever called to ask the problem? I went to pick up my car in an Uber and paid the bill. I got in the truck pulled away and noticed my engine light was still on. I called the dealer and was told someone would call right back, no one did. Melvin my "service writer" who I never got to speak to the first 2 weeks did finally answer his phone and told me to call LOU the "service manager" as there is nothing he could do for me, guess what LOU the "service Manager does not return calls either. I leave messages all the time and no return for my "service writer" or the "service manage", what kind of service is this? Please if anyone Joey Aicardi reads this call me back. If you are thinking of taking your car for service do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you really want to get it fixed not RIPED off by a dealer who has no one you can speak with. More
