My Review of John Chezik Honda:
Absolutely not would I recommend this dealership to anyone for any reason, sales, service or parts.
I had alot of problems with my purchase, I was asked to pay more $$$ down than what we had agreed upon in writing, they miscalculated the tax rate when they had sepcifically asked me where I lived and had my address on multiple documents. They also delivered the wrong vehicle...that's right, the wrong VIN number. Five days it took to find the mistake, we had to swap vehicles. Then I had trouble getting my trade-in paid off (who puts a 15K check in the mail first class!?!?!?), and then it took weeks to get my tags.
Absolutely do not go anywhere near this place for anything. I've bought more than 10 new cars over the years and this place is just plain awful. If I wasn't pretty saavy, they'd have easily taken advantage of just about anyone else.
I wrote all this to the GM, and got no reply. I'll be forwarding it to Honda CS HQ.

My Review of John Chezik Honda:
They are on the Kansas City BBB and currently have lawsuits on them for several frauds to customers, one who was a mother who died do to not having any airbags in the used vehicle she purchased from them (Hence the change of name to Tiffany Springs). I found this out after them not listening to my needs and wants and being indifferent to me and I couldn't be happier not to purchase from them and to do my business with Independence Honda who actually listened and gave me a good deal from the get go.
