My Review of John Holtz Acura:
Hi,
My name is Dragan Golijanin, and I found this dealershiph as a disgrace for John Holtz, as well as my friend visiting few days before me.
No interess in offering quality help, no interess in making appropriate offers, calculating payments for different packages and no any mativation to satisfy my needs. I was 30 minutes in the dealership, didn't get any offer for sale or lease, no any valid information I can use to calculate if this is the right payment for me. After 40 minutes of ridicuilng, I didn't get the lease offer for sport package MDX. At the end the salesman, after consulting the senior colleagues, told me: "Anyhow we will have the model in December! This one in the exhibition room is saled. When do you need this car?" I was stunned without teaser gun. My son couldn't beleive it.
That was the worst experience at any car dealership ever. Total ignorance, mental layziness and slopiness of the first grade.
Mr. Holtz, how do you tolerate this? I need an appologize for this mistreatment directly from you!
