My Review of John Holtz Honda:
I was a first-timer, when it came to buying a brand-new vehicle. In this case, I was looking to purchase a 2009 Honda Fit Sport.

I did all my homework, to prevent from being leeched. I'd heard too many horror stories of families and friends being screwed in the butt by dealerships and their sales staff.

When I came into this said establishment, I was approached by Steven. I was geared, ready - lock and stock - for a major battle of wits and a long, difficult process of getting the price and options I wanted in the first place without losing anything.

Boy... I was relieved to see that I was negotiating with a reasonable, friendly, and patient salesman. Especially when it came to my communication needs as a deaf person. I liked him from the start, yet we did business without much hassle.

In the end, I now own a beautiful black Honda Fit Sport, with everything in place - and I only got it for factory price, plus the cost of options and taxes, standard vehicle registrations, plates. Nothing more.

Thanks, Steven! You have no idea how you have changed my life, and my family's life as well. I will always come back to this John Holtz location for any needs related to my vehicle's needs.

But remember, like any dealership sales staff, Steven did try to throw me for a curve with typical unnecessary dealer costs and holdbacks, extended warranity and dealer packs. He was just doing his job. Deep down, he's a great and honest guy!

I highly recommend Steven Layton if you ever stop in there. You won't regret it, as long as you did your new car purchase homework.

I purchased an Accord online from 250 miles away.
The experience from start to finish was great. This included a detailed estimate for my Buick trade-in online, as well as the day of delivery....absolutely no problems....much better than a show room sales visit.

My Review of John Holtz Honda:
As soon as a I walked in the dealership I felt a warm welcome from everyone from the receptionist to the sales people to management. The salesperson was extremely approachable and cooperative with what I was looking for. He presented me with many deal options and urged me that he would work out something that would best accomodate myself. The deal was out of this world compared to the other dealerships I went to and I couln't be happier with my purchase of a '09 Honda Pilot. Without a doubt I will come back here for any of my vehicle needs and I strongly recomend others to do the same!

My Review of John Holtz Honda:
I had an extremely bad experience with the General Manager as well as other management employees at John Holtz. I had agreed to the price of a vehicle on two consecutive days, however after I gave a deposit to the salesman, the price of the car increased $2,500 and I was accused of not being truthful by the associate who had agreed to the original price.
