My Review of John Jones GM City Corydon:
Was interested in a 2011 Buick LaCrosse CXL. Was wanting the red jewel tone, 6 cylinder with the comfort package only. The only red one they had on the lot had much more amenities than we were wanting or felt we could afford. We had a 2010 Nissan Altima with a little over 6000 miles on it that we were trading. Brad was so nice trying to work with us to get a price we felt we could afford along with our trade in. After much offering and counter offering we were able to agree and bought the car we wanted. We had checked at Buick dealers in several different cities and none of them were willing to deal as John Jones employees did. I will be a repeat customer and will refer family and friends to them also.

They provided great service. Mike was very helpful with a car ready for me to drive while waiting for mine to be reapaired. Chad was very helpful explaining the repairs and my car was ready on time as promised.

The staff was very friendly and very easy to work with. We enjoyed discussing our trade with them. They cleaned my car up very well before we looked at it. You can tell they take pride in their vehicles and in their service. It was a pleasure doing business with this dealer.

Overall my experience at John Jones in Corydon was good. However, I spent a lot of time waiting around. I know there were a few other people in there and they were busy, but I felt like we waited too long for certain things. Nick was great though, he was very nice and helped me find a sharp Pontiac G6.

What a great experience at a dealership. I would never think I would be saying that about trying to buy a car. But it truly happened. Eric treated us with respect and knew the product he was selling. The price was more than fair for a dealer. For once I can actually say that I felt like I got a good deal. And the wife is Happy. So that in it self is a major plus in my book. Thanks again!

I dealt with Eric Montgomery at the JOhn Jones in Corydon, IN. Eric was very informational about the vehicles. He did not pressure me into buying anything. I test drove one style of vehicle & wasnt quite sure about it so he introduced me to a few other options. Which was very helpful in me making my purchase decision.

Nick was friendly and helpful. He showed us the vehicles we wanted to see. The process did not take an excessive amount of time. The customer service was good as he showed me where the service and parts department was located. The price I negotiated was pretty good. I would recommend Nick to others

My Review of John Jones GM City Corydon:
This is the most customer-oriented dealer I have ever worked with. My salesperson (Eric Montgomery) went out of his way several times to help me with my original purchase. His service is exceptional and he regularly checks to see how things are going with the vehicle.

I had a service issue and he took care of it immediately and even scheduled the service for me with the service department at the dealership.

Everyone I have worked with at John Jones has been professional and very interested in keeping the customer happy.
