Reliability is paramount in my line of work, and I feel utterly deceived and betrayed by the dealership's blatant unwillingness to assist a loyal, paying customer such as myself. This unfortunate experience marks the second time I have encountered such troubles with a RAM vehicle, and my father, who currently owns two Dodge vehicles, shares my sentiment. We have remained steadfast in our loyalty as customers, yet we have been treated with contempt, as if we are of little value to your business. I should take a moment to commend the service advisor, Tom, who exhibited exceptional professionalism and dedication. He deserves every accolade for his outstanding performance. In stark contrast, Ryan, the service manager, should be held accountable for his reprehensible behavior and promptly relieved of his position. His actions have demonstrated a complete disregard for customer service, and it is clear that he is unfit for any role involving customer interactions. I must inform you that I have already taken steps to address this grievous situation. Complaints have been filed with esteemed organizations such as the Better Business Bureau, the Department of Consumer Affairs, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and Office of the Attorney General. These actions have been taken in order to shed light on the deplorable treatment I have endured and to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to rectify this injustice. In conclusion, I implore you to reflect upon the gravity of the situation and the immense frustration and disappointment I have experienced. I insist that you take immediate and comprehensive action to address these issues, not only for my sake but also to prevent such mistreatment from befalling future customers. Your dealership has the opportunity to redeem itself and restore faith in your brand, but it requires a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction and a willingness to rectify past mistakes. May my words serve as a stern reminder of the impact that poor management and inadequate customer service can have on an individual. Nobody has contacted me. I have been asking for the general managers contact information so that I can get contact with him but I was told by Ryan Triebess, “No.” I do not understand what is good on, I am busier than heck trying to get my rice planted and that truck has literally all of my tools for work in the bed of it. I have been hoping that you guys would be even a little it helpful however it has been a fight just to get diagnostic codes read. I had to tow it when it broke down because it lost all power and I was told by one of your employees to bring it in to your service department so they could hook up a code reader and see what’s going on, and from what I understand is that now Ryan Triebess has had it towed away, like what a way to treat a customer. I bought that truck at your dealership in 2021. I’m literally speechless by the actions of your dealership.
