EGADS! This place is a mess. I was in from out of town and needed help - they were the most unhelpful people I ever met. How can a place like this stay in businss? If I lived in this area I would drive 50 miles to get my truck worked on - some place where they treat you like a person. Just don't go there.

My Review of John Nolan Ford:
They are ok people they should just do what they say they will do. Everyone was reel nice when i boght my car, but then they didnt do what they said. They told me I would get floor matts I did not and that I could have a key for my kid and my wife I did not. Nothing reel big but it was like they reely liked me when they wanted my money but then they got it and now they dont now me.

My Review of John Nolan Ford:
I took my Explorer to John Nolan and was waited on by Dan. I promise this is not a dealership that I would send my female friends to do business. Dan leered at me in a way that was totally inappropriate, and they way he studied my 14 year old daughter was - well it was scary. The work they supposedly did did not fix my problem- the check engine light was back on in 2 days. So I took it to another dealer and they fixed it right and I did not have to feel like a piece of meat while the man waited on me. Women - stay away from Nolan - Dan is weird and definately don't leave your daughters unattended around him - he is a creep!
