My Review of John Paul's Greenfield Pontiac Buick GMC:
I came in to trade my vehicle for a brand new 2008 Vibe. Well the dealership wasn't even willing to budge on the MSRP of a brand new vehicle. I understand that on average the dealership pays $1000 to $3000 less on the MSRP... They were offering me $4300 for my 1999 Grand Prix which is about in line with KBB.com. Then I said one bottomline price that I wanted to have and he said I can't do that. He got the sales manager, (one of the ruddiest I don't care about your feelings person) he's not the friendly type. He was saying stuff like "Your lucky what your getting for your vehicle, when I looked at it, it was making some engine noises". I know thats not true, I take good care of my cars. All and all I just walked out and said call me if you can get in my price range. NOT A FLEXIBLE DEALERSHIP AT ALL, EVEN WITH GM EMPLOYEE PRICING IT WAS BAD!

This dealer has agreed to reimburse us for half the cost of repairing the dent.

My Review of John Paul's Greenfield Pontiac Buick GMC:
My wife and I recently purchased a used car from this dealership. It is a 2005 model with 3300 miles, and we noticed two dings in the door, one particuliarly large (about a quarter size) and negotiated for them to remove the dings as part of the deal to purchase the car. It was thought that they could just pop them out. Unfortunately the larger ding they said would need major body work and paint work. In an effort "to satisfy us" they said they would pay 1/2 the cost for the repair work, which sounded reasonable. It floored us when the quoted $991.00 to remove the small dent. We decided that was extremely high and got a quote elsewhere which came in at $390.00. In other words they more than doubled their price because "they were going to pay half" ( in Wisconsin that is a crime), thinking we were gullible and would fall for there tactics. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau soon. Stay away from these dishonest and disreputable people!!!!!

My Review of John Paul's Greenfield Pontiac Buick GMC:
Unlike the previous poster, we had such a good experience with Pat Doherty in sales that we went back a month later and purchased a second new vehicle from him, even though the vehicle was at another dealership closer to our house. We have had some service issues, but Dave Dineen, the service manager, is a really nice, straightforward guy and eventually got them resolved (GM ended up exchanging the car). Our purchases are through the GM Employee pricing program, so there was no negotiation.

F&I experience was the absolute smoothest I've ever had - no pressure on extended warranties, no offers of VIN etching, paint protection/sealant or any of the standard dealer tricks. In and out in 10 minutes.

Very pleased with this dealership. Will buy again, but not for a few years...
