My Review of John Sisson Mercedes:
Love the car, but had problems with the financing department at the last minute. I was promised a certain finance rate prior to the sale. When I arrived to purchase the car and fill out paperwork, the finance rate on the paperwork was incorrect (was jacked up from what had been previously been discussed and what I had been told it would be). Dealership claimed that they do not use credit scores and instead had some other type of "auto score" and that score was over 100 points lower than my credit score.

When I look a man in the eye and make an agreement, then that is what I expect to happen. Dealership apparently does not have the same philosophy. Dealership was not helpful in getting this corrected even blamed the change in interest rate from what had been promised on ME.
