My Review of Johnson Family Ford Mercury:
This is a small dealership in a small town. But service is way above average. The salesman I work with, James Porter, is the most knowledgeable and honest car salesman I've ever met. I've bought two trucks from him in 5 years. The service department went beyond the call of duty to fix a wind noise problem I had. They ordered the part and scheduled the work before even telling me. It was all done under warranty. And one thing that really made my day. They do not charge a penny for "Document Preparation" like many dealers do. This is just extra profit that they try to stick you with. But not Johnson Family Ford. Not Hidden or Add-Ons. If I buy another Ford, it will be from them.
