My Review of Johnson Ford:
The new management is making a difference. The staff is ready and willing to help. We dealt with Harold who led us to the right vehicle and answered every question. We received a great deal on our new Explorer. Everything went quick and smooth, from sales to finance. Got a great rate from the business manager Todd. Have had cars serviced previously and have never had a problem so I will continue bringing my Explorer here.

My Review of Johnson Ford:
Johnson Ford excels in sales, but dies an undignified death in service. My Focus spent 40 days in their shop during calendar year 2003, for a myriad of problems - including some that Johnson's technicians caused. Multiple visits to the dealership's GM (also since departed) and a fierce battle with Ford later, I was left with a car that was half-fixed and miserable to drive. Johnson "placated" me by only making me roll over $4,500 of the negative equity to get out of this lemon (better than the $7,000 most dealers were offering), but I wouldn't let this shop work on my bicycle again, never mind my car. NOTE: These comments don't include the body shop, which is run in a very different - and infinitely better - fashion. Latham Motors should be anyone's first choice for Ford service!
