My Review of Johnson's of Enid:
I had some bad luck in the past and my credit was not the greatest, but we, the dealership and I, made a deal on a vehicle and on the down payment. They told me to come back the next day and the financing would be taken care of. When I went back the next day to finalize the deal I was informed that an additional $4,000.00 was needed for the finance company. I said no way and left. I got home and called the finance company and was told that the information I was given was incorrect and there was possibility that Johnson's was trying something slick. So based on my experience DO NOT deal with Johnson's of Enid, Enid, OK

Made a deal on Friday night, Saturday morning when we returned to do the paperwork they refused to honor that deal, claiming they had made a "mistake"

My Review of Johnson's of Enid:
I ordered a chrysler 300 C from the factory and an after-market grill that was to be installed by Johnsons. The car came in and did not get detailed because it was raining. We took the car home for a week during which we washed it and found a paint chip. After a week, the grill came in so we took the car in to get grill installed, fix paint chip, check a door lock, and check idle. They never checked idle, the door lock started working and they didn't know why,and the grill that they sold me didn't fit the car. They broke the first grill. When the second grill was installed, it stuck out and when pushed on , it almost fell out. At this time I found 5 new paint chips and most of the push pins that hold the fender wells up were missing. This is when they told me the car was finished and ready to take home. I told them to fix it, so they kept it for another week trying to decide what to do. During this time they put a door ding on the door trim of my car. Well they got a third grill (a different style) and installed it and said the trim was on backorder so we set an appointment for the bodyshop and took the car home. They had my 1 week old car for 4 weeks! One month later I called about the trim and was told it came in 18 days earlier. We took the car in again and this time they had it for a week but it did get fixed. So out of the first 2 1/2 months that I had my car Johnsons had it for 5 weeks. They didn't feel they owed me anything ( like tag, car payment, or cost of insurance- all of which I had to pay while they had the car). I had a loner car for a week But I had to go get gas as soon as I left the dealer because it was on empty. By the way , Shane Jackson is the owners son and he said I was making more of an issue than it really was. I paid $36000 for this car and treated me and the car like trash. I now let everyone I know in on how well I was treated and hope that no one else has to go through what I did with thier new car.
