My Review of Joseph Airport:
I've been car buying with friends several times, but this was my first time buying for myself. After doing some research online, I had an idea of what I wanted and chose Airport Toyota due to its proximity to my home. I'm glad I did.
I was met at the door by the salesman, told him what I was looking for, and he got the ball rolling. Looked at a few cars, test drove one, and within 15 minutes, I had found what I wanted.
What I particularly liked was the fact that he didn't try to influence me one way or the other. He was very laid back and let me make up my own mind. If I had questions, he was ready with an answer, otherwise, he stayed out of the way.
The people inside the dealership were just as friendly as the paper work was processed. Everything was clearly explained and I walked out of there with the car I wanted, at a competitive price. I was expecting to feel pressured at many points during the process, and there was absolutely none.
I haven't yet had to take my car to their service department (though I will soon to have cruise control installed) but I can say without question that their sales team is one of the best I've come across.
