My Review of Joyce Superstore:
My friend bought a car and upon talking with her and checking the contract for her she had been over charge for the car including extra cost not needed to finance the car. When we went in to discuss it, the general manager was very rude to my friend and myself. I believe he could have handle the situation in a more diplomatic way especially if he wanted my friend to buy another car and I could have been a future customer. Please do not go to this dealership especially alone or you would end up out of a lot of money!!

My Review of Joyce Superstore:
This dealership is terrible. I bought a used Pontiac Sunfire there for my first car. This was about five and a half years ago. I never had bought a car before. They screwed me bigtime! The price was high, the interest rate was awful, and they continually tried to pull the wool over my eyes. Then, once I drove the car home, the dealership tried calling me several times asking me to bring more money in for the down payment! I told them that I had none, and eventually they left me alone! They promised to take a small ding out of the front, and never did but said that they did. Luckily, the car turned out to be a great car, but had it not- I would have really been in trouble. Good thing that I love my Sunfire and learned my lesson.
