My Review of Jupiter Chevrolet Inc:
we were told we were financed for a <br> new car, we filled out the paper work and asked did we <br> need to put a job on it that she had not been there that long and <br> the sales man said no you don't need to put it on there that it <br> was OK to leave it off...so we went home in a new car and we <br> put a down payment on it. To us it was a lot of money we went with out some things for a while because of it but we had a <br> new car so about 2 weeks later we got a call saying that we <br> needed to get a cosigner are bring the car back so we tried to <br> get a cosigner and that didn't help so then when we talked to <br> he people each one said something different like keep the car <br> or bring the car back or something along those lines so <br> finally we got a call, to bring the car back or we will re-po it <br> and if we do you will not get your down payment back so we <br> were glad to bring the car back we made a date to bring it <br> back and we talked to 2 people that said that we will get are <br> money back but before we get the chance they re-poed the <br> car with out notice at my wife's work and left her stranded <br> crying not to add to the fact that she had no way home and <br> she lived an hour away she works 12 1/2 hour shifts and she <br> had to take half of a day off and then we did not get any <br> sleep that night because we had to go to the car lot (Jupiter Chevrolet) to get our<br> down payment that they said we could have the car back the car <br> lot is 2 1/2 hours away so we had to get a baby sitter so we <br> got to the car lot and we had to wait 2 hours to find out <br> anything and when we finally had talk to the guy Terry he said <br> it was our fault that the car was re-poed and that we weren't <br> getting anything back i do not see how this was our fault <br> because they did not run a credit check on her pretty much the sales man <br> gave us the car with out doing one for what i understand <br> and that was why they took the car and this is supposed to be our <br> fault because the sales man told us not to put all of are <br> info on the credit check? We were pretty much ridiculed and yelled at in front of everyone at Jupiter Chevrolet it made us feel like low down dirty <br> dogs like it was all our fault that they messed up i guess to <br> them there word doesn't mean much but to me keeping to ones <br> word is what makes a man a man and i guess to them our <br> word means nothing well that's the way we felt through this <br> ordeal of buying a new car from this place we feel used and <br> low rated and that we got treated without respect because <br> we were lied to and it was all their fault and they turned the <br> blame on us we are a simple family just trying to get up in <br> this world and we were happy to get a new car and the car <br> meant a lot to us more then a way to go some where but like <br> a new beginning and now we have lost are money, time <br> and sleep and hope we put trust in this company (Jupiter Chevrolet ) and now <br> are trust is lost in them to me trust means a lot with out it <br> where would we all be today we feel run down and used to <br> me your word is something you stand buy if you cant stand <br> by your own word you cant stand at all and now because of <br> the ordeal my wife cry's her self to sleep and i cant do <br> anything to help her feel better and this is really upsetting to <br> me wouldn't anybody feel the same way if someone you trusted in and they made your loved one cry i cant believe this is happening to us
