BUYER BEWARE......BUYER BEWARE.back in September....It has been sometime and i never got a response back i purchase a dodge truck from k an m my doors do not lock have to doit manually who does that in 20 has been sometime and i never got a response back i purchase a dodge truck from k an m my doors do not lock have to doit manually who does that in 2020-then 4months go by oil sensor goes out..i contact k an m i get the run around..then finally they take the truck back for 2weeks an NO WORK is done on the truck then my headlights go out..and the bright lights..i got this truck in September after 2months problems..an no help or service from this company....at first when i did my first review i was having issues but business is business and it is bad BAD BUSINESS..BUT THE CREDIT COMPANY IS AWARE OF THE SITUATION BUT THEY JUST WANT MONEY...AN K AN M NEVER ACCEPTED RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE TRUCK THAT HAS ISSUES. But i am still making payments on a truck with electric issue an bad oil sensor no side mirror turn signal..oh one of the guys there told me the truck had alarm system. An that's why truck locks an lights are not working, so the natural response is fix it..Oh an there was two men that did the paperwork..so they bounced me back to each other neither one doing what was right.. Car guru is where i seen the add $9000 now for reason that are not TTL i paying over 14k for 2012 with over 120k miles car guru is looking in to this so is credit company. But i did get some smart mouth answers on why they are not fixing the issues. And you the rest.. More

This is a honest review. This company willing to commit fraud just to get you into a contract and then when everything fail. They will lie to make everything seen like they're telling the truth. The owner of the company knows about the fraud and once he find out that you will make a complaint, he will try to fired that employee to wipe his hand off of it. The owner of the company was supposed to call me since September 2019 and it's February 2020 and I haven't heard a word from. I filed a complaint with the DMV and the investigator found many infractions and violations against the company. They will mess with the millage on their vehicle, give you a false vehicle history and more. Think to yourself! Do you want to conduct business with a company that commit fraud and lie you into a vehicle? Take your money and go to an actual dealership. This company can't even keep managers because they know how the owner set them up to possible get prosecuted for fraud. If you need prove email me and I'll show you. Went to this dealer to have my vehicle financed. This was on July 3, 2019. Frank talks us into getting a warranty. Said the warranty was top notched. If we didn't like it or nothing won't get fixed we can ca on July 3, 2019. Frank talks us into getting a warranty. Said the warranty was top notched. If we didn't like it or nothing won't get fixed we can cancel anytime and we will get our money back. Wrong! Went to the Honda dealership to have something fixed. The warranty wasnt in order. Frank cancel the warranty. I call him and he said its in order. Wrong! I went over and over with him with this. Kept saying it was. I called the warranty company they told me that the dealer never send them the money for the warranty to be activated. So I called Frank back to tell them I want the warranty off and I want my money back. He said he would send me a cancellation paper. He told me he cancel the warranty. I call the warranty company to see if Frank cancel the warranty. Wrong! It took over a month to get my cancellation form. So I had to send my warranty cancellation form to the warranty company myself. The warranty company told me i would have to deal with dealer to get my money. I would called the dealer to deal with Frank. He would lied and say I will get your money. Dealt with this for 2 whole months. My husband talk to the manager and said he would pay 2000.00 not the 3000.00 they owe. We got the 2000.00. Then we took them to court. Frank sat right in front of the judge and told the judge we own them the money. But didnt have it. Judge gave them a date to pay if he didnt pay there would be judgment. He agreed. Never paid. So there is a judgment on them. Never go there they are very dishonest and they will keep your money and tell you things that will tried to make you happy and not keep their word. More

Got cheated and robbed Went to buy a car for my 16 yr old. Went back in 3 days and asked them to take back the car they flatly refused. They also gave me the title and bill of sale, collected all the fees and told me to go to the DMV, just pay $25 to do title transfer which was a lie. DMV said only dealer can register the car. I ended having to spend another $400 in taxes, fees to apply for a bonded title. They robbed my 16 yr old lying to his face. I am sure they'll come up with some xxxxxxxx explanation to respond to my complained, but i hope nobody goes thru the misery they doled out to me. More
