They shouldn't be allowed to treat people who work hard for their money any type of way---it is not fair and they need to be held accountable for being untrustworthy.

First of all, the purpose of sharing my experience is to ensure others are aware and informed about what could happen to them if they choose to do business with K2. In February 2013, I purchased a 2003 BMW X5 from K2 and worked directly with Mike. Mike is a very energetic and comes across very trust worthy; however, that is not who he really he is---he is actually the sterotypical "used car sales man". He uses his charismatic personality to build your trust and ultimately you will be sorry because you should NEVER TRUST MIKE. His only goal is to sell you a car at the highest price and he withholds key information. For example, I asked Mike if he would run an Edmunds report in front of me to verfiy the value of the car...he did but he failed to inform me that the car was in an accident; therefore, reducing the price of the car. I ended up losing over $2,000 because I failed to run my own car fax report.

Secondly, speaking of car fax reports---PLEASE RUN A CAR FAX REPORT on all of Mike's cars because 80% of them are cars that have been in accidents and he purchases them from the dealer (my car was purchased from Motorwerks). And he makes out like a bandit if you don't run the report.

Thirdly, I also asked to have the car inspected--he recommended I use South Town Auto Imports. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! Please don't use the car repair shop next door---they are essentially in bed together. I thought Nick at South Town was an upstanding guy but I was wrong again. He gave the car a clean bill of health only for me to find out the car needs struts only 2 months later--REALLY~~~.

Finally, I highly advise against using K2 as a vendor---they have proven that they are untrustworthy, dishonest and don't care about the needs of the customer. For Mike and K2 the only thing that matters is the all mighty dollar. I am confident they don't have repeat customers because who would go back to a place that treats them less than a human being.

I wish you luck on your next car purchase and hope you will think twice about using K2---there are so many other upstanding dealers out there.

Always check the carfax with this dealership. I bought a car there last year and hastily wanting an economy vehicle, I purchased one from them but never even thought about checking the vehicle history. I was led to believe that the car had 95k miles on it and 2 previous owners. I just now looked at the carfax report and there was a reported accident on the vehicle, 3 previous owners and a mileage rollback. At one time the vehicle had 141k miles on it, but when purchased it there was 95k. So I paid $3500 for a vehicle that was probably worth 1500. Plus, the guy was kind of a jerk.

Tried to look at some cars, but was told by Mike that I had to have approved credit before he wasted his time getting the cars dirty. Really! I have been looking at a few BMWs and this was the deciding factor to go to someone else. I do not care if this guy gets a lot of people who just want to test drive. That's what a dealer is for, to test before buying. I was going to buy the car same day if I liked it whether approved for credit or not. But, like other reviewers said Do Not Even try this place.

We had a great experience with our recent car purchase from K2. Mike was friendly, professional and easy to deal with and there were absolutely no hassles during our purchase. We test drove our car and the couple of minor things we found wrong with it, K2 immediately offered to take care of. In fact, they even took care of some things that were over and above what we had requested! They also had no issues with us taking the car to a mechanic of our choice if we wanted it checked out more thoroughly. We have purchased several new cars over the years from various new car dealerships and overall this ranks as one of our best car buying experiences and K2 would be at the top of our list if we purchase another used car in the future.

I love K2 Auto. Mike was awesome. Put brand new tires on my Land Rover and fixed my wiper switch for free. Excellent customer service, and very fair prices. I also was given great loaner vehics while my wiper switch was being repaired. Love this place. Will for sure do buisness with K2 again.

I had been looking for a BMW all wheel drive car, for a while and went in to see Mike at K-2. I told him what I was looking for and the price range and a few weeks later, he called to tell me he found one... I was so excited! I've had the car for a couple of months now and I love it! It's perfect. Mike was great to work with, very accomodating. I loved the dog they had at the shop, it made my buying experience even more enjoyable. I will recommend K-2 to my friends and family who are looking for a great reliable car for a great price! Thanks K-2!

I was looking for a 2000 BMW M3, specific color etc. I am based on the west coast and could not find what I was looking for anywhere close to market price if at all. I was refered to Mike at K2 by a fellow BMW enthusiast and that is where my search ended. Mike was very professional and up front in all of our dealings, after a short 3 or 4 days Mike had not only located an M3 matching my demanding criteria but offered it to me at a price well below other brokers and dealers (most of which could not locate the desired M3 at all).
I was able to combine a business visit to Minneapolis along with a visit to K2 to view the car and finalize the purchase. The car was exactly as described by Mike and as mentioned the price was more than acceptable. The deal struck I then had the car transported to Nevada using a carrier Mike at K2 recomended with great satisfaction. Once again all dealings were prompt, proffesional and fairly priced.
My experience with Mike and K2 was excellent and I will certianly use their services again in the future.

We were looking to purchase a used vehicle to offset the high price of Diesel and low MPG of our Truck. We have an Audi A6 and wanted something similar , but with a 4 cylindar for fuel econmy. We narrowed down our search to 01-05 Passat 1.8T 5 speeds. We had test driven about a dozen of these with various miles, both from private parties and other dealers. We came across an 02 Passat online, called and talked to Mike around noon. He said they only take appointments, and I asked if 2 PM worked and he said yes. I met Mike at 2 PM, the car was inside the warehouse. He brought it around front for me to test drive. It had 120,00 miles but you could tell it was well kept by the condition of the interior and exterior. I had driven enough of these to know this was a solid car, my only hang up was whether the timing belt had been replaced. Mike offered to have it replaced or drop the price. I took the discounted price. Mike said the offer for his mechanic is a standing invitation. We signed paperwork and I was on my way. The car had plates that were going to expire in about a week. Mike took care of registration the following day and I had the tabs in my mailbox 2 days after I purchased the car. The Warehouse and setting appointments is a great way for them to keep overhead low.... and I am glad to have found a great car at a great price!
