I purchased a vehicle from here on 5/27. After not budging on the price, I had moved on as the reviews I read made me skeptical. Corey Suter called me and we worked out a deal that worked for the both of us while he assured me that the reviews I read were not how they conducted business. He stated that if I came right now (it was 8:50pm, they close at 9pm, and I live in Moore, OK) and left him a great review he would meet me at my price point. Here we are 11 days later and the car completely dies on me WHILE driving leaving my wife and me stranded roadside. So now I have had to tow my car to a Nissan dealership so that whatever the issue is can be fixed correctly. It is just very disappointing to feel like you conducted business in a proper and professional way, just to see your investment getting towed away on the back of a tow truck. Hopefully the warranty I purchased at Kalidy will cover the issue, but that is to be determined. 11 days though......... that is insulting. Makes you wonder if they knew about the issues prior to selling it since it didn't take long for it to breakdown. Update: Have to have the equipped remote start fixed as well. Also, the key does not unlock the car when the vehicle is dead. So the repair shop will have to fix that as well. Just keeps getting worse! More

Our first red flag was when we looked up “Corey with Kalidy Kia” on the internet and his mugshot popped up. After about 5 hours on the lot, we came to an agreement but they still would not honor their online prices stating we “do not meet the standards” for the advertised price. After a verbal agreement with Corey, they moved us on to financing. We informed them that I was pregnant, hungry, tired, and ready to go. We waited 2 more hours for someone to help us from the financing department. Once in the office, there were errors on the application that they did not want to take to the time to correct. The last straw was an issue with insurance. At 10:45 PM we stated we were done and ready to go. We would not be purchasing the car. Corey Suter followed us through the dealership berating us and informing us that we should feel bad for wasting their time. If you have any doubts about this dealership, follow your instincts. More

My son bought a car from Kalidy Kia December 23rd and put a $3,000 down payment on the vehicle. We left after 10 hours of being there and three weeks later got a call from finance stating that they needed ad a $3,000 down payment on the vehicle. We left after 10 hours of being there and three weeks later got a call from finance stating that they needed additional paystubs from him. He sent them and they told him that that was not enough and that he would have to bring his car back or sign a new contract without the rebate that he was given. It is now January 17th and we are still dealing with them, I refuse to let him sign a new contract for a higher price. I am ready to return the car, but I am afraid that they will not give him his money back. I have bought many vehicles and NEVER had these issues before. More

I viewed the online price price with discount, and it was showing the MSRP. I then scheduled an appointment. Upon arriving, I showed them the sites. I was asked to check their site and was informed that can't be the right MSRP. I did check the site and the MSRP matched but the total price did not. After test driving, and waiting, the sales representative informed me that multiple sales team were fired for putting the wrong MSRP, etc had been fired and been replaced. I informed the sale rep, that price was present yesterday and this date. After prolonged waiting, the sales representative then brought me the paperwork. I then informed the rep that I'm seeking to honor the internet MSRP and internet price. After representative giving me various information, that they do not work on commission, etc, I asked to speak to the manager. I informed the manager of the MSRP listed. He then proceeded to say that "Did you see on our site." Which I informed the MSRP was the same on the site; however, the actual price was not and was showing 20000 over the MSRP. He then proceeded to say "It was a typo. We will get it fixed. We can't sell it for that. You had to know that. Did you see the prices of the other cars." I stated, "No. I was trusting the site and also the MSRP that was on their site; as well as, to honor that price that was listed. He then stated, "It was typo. It's a new car" He kept repeating that the msrp was a mistake and a typo. They provided all the verbal of customer service and want to make sure the customer gets the car they want. However, the adamantly refused to honor the price, which was their mistake. In consumer world, businesses honor the price shown on the internet. They would not!!! For customer satisfaction, you would think they would say, "yes, It was our mistake. Honor that price, and they can adjust and review for the remainder but provide the customer. This still can be rectified by honoring that price was shown on the site, which I took pictures! For better customer service, they should honor the internet prices and adjust the pricing to match the mistake they made!!! More
