My Review of Kankakee Valley Ford:
I own a Ford Freestyle and would NEVER consider doing business with this dealership. Their GM/(part owner?) Nick Guiterrez did not pay my company for services rendered even though we had a contract and even though he utilized our work for months without paying. (Now I have to take them to small claims court.) If he can't pay for work that my company did for the dealership, I would not trust them to work on my vehicle. When It comes down to it Integrity at a dealership, it comes from the top down...there are other Ford out there dealerships that have it.
