I cant stand the arrogance that comes with walking through the doors of Kari Dodge. I had a Chrysler 300 that needed serviced. I had it towed with the company that handles AAA, nice guys. Turns out the guys at Kari Dodge did not like this towing company and in return took their sweet ass time even getting the car inside. Comments like, "why would you use ******* for towing?" "I wouldn't trust them to haul my wheelbarrow" Wasting time to get their point across knowing that my wife and I were on our way out of town for the week. Before any type of work was done I was being quoted prices for shit that I knew damn well was not the problem. By the end of it all, I had actually started looking at it myself again and was able to spot the problem before these dumb asses even got around to it. Thanks for nothing Kari, I would drive 1000 miles if it was the last two dodge dealers in America.. oh, and to the 5 star raters.. I don't think that employees are supposed to get on here and fill up the blogs with bullshit. Save it for the showroom. :)

I was looking to buy a new car on august 1st 2010. I was standing outside in the rain. it wasnt pouring its was just sprinkling but thats besides the point. I was walking around for about 25 mins before somebody actually came outside to greet me. they werent busy at all. I was looking at a jeep grand cherokee the prices werent bad at all so i was very interested in buying it. By the time i was able to test drive it i had already been there an hour and wasnt happy. i drove it and the assistant sales maganer Mike Lee was yelling at one of the employees im not sure why but that was uncalled for especially in front of a customer who may buy something. I was livid. i still thought the jeep was a good price but i didnt think it was worth dealing with and inconsiderate person like Mike Lee. He even started flirting with me. IM MARRIED!! that is not okay!! all I know is i will never go to buy a vehicle from KARI Dodge agian. unless they get rid of Mike Lee. AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO THIS DEALER!

Awesome experience with Kari. Every single one of my family members has gone there to buy their cars and get them serviced. Never had a problem. They have a really nice and new building. Plus everyone there always goes out of their way to help. I have met the owner a few times and he seems like he always knows whats going on and seems to really care about his customers.

Everyone I have talked to has recommended that I go to Kari Dodge to buy a car. With the best reputation in the valley, I just bought my truck from them and didn't have any problems. I would never leave the valley and drive all the way to Idaho, to get the same deal I got at Kari, like one of the other reviews said they would. I worked with the used car sales manager and we got along really well. I was nervous about getting approved and with the whole car buying process. It was all very hassle free!

I had an excellent experience with Kari Dodge...they bended over backwards for me in the sales and service department. As a local business owner myself, I always support other local business owners. I think it so stupid that some people drive all the way over to Dave Smith, just because they "think" they are getting a better deal. Kari told me that they will always beat their price and save you the effort of driving over there. I look forward to doing business with Kari in the future!

It was couple of years back, that I bought a car from them, but these guys were the worst business people I've ever experienced.

I bought a new Dodge Durango with a lease. All sorts of items were misrepresented, many new fees sprung up at the time of signing. I should have walked away, but didn't.

Then I got a call a month later from Chrysler Financial. They said I never paid my first payment. We told them the truth, that we paid our first payment to Kari Dodge at the time of signing. They said they'd look into it.

Then they called a month later, same call, different person. They said Kari never got back to them. We told them the same thing, they said they'd look into it. We called Kari and told them to take care of it.

A month later we started getting called by a collection agency. Chrysler Financial had sold the debt out to a collector to get the money from us. Again, we explained that we paid it. They said they woudl look into it. We called Kari and screamed and yelled. They said they would take care of it.

And guess who called a month later? Oh yes, the collector. The collection agency said they were having trouble getting response from Kari Dodge. So this is Kari Dodge, a Chrysler dealer, not returning calls from a collection agent at Chrysler Financial.

And this went on... for SIX MONTHS. They jerked with our credit, the collection agent was hassling us every 1-2 weeks by the end. Finally, Kari pulled their heads out of their a**es, paid the bill, and it was over.

We never received an appology, or any communcaiton from Kari Dodge or Chrysler financial after they realized their own error. Do yourself a favor, RUN AWAY from this business.

Have puchased a Dakota pickup and a Neon from Kari. NOT SURE why I went back the second time!! Yes, I went to buy from a friend! Anyway, always have struggled to get service shceduled, then have to make return trips for the same problem. Finance office, ALWAYS, tried to pressure for other items to run up the total price. ONCE, they even tried to sneak one by on the Purchase Order! I'll shop for prices, test drive their vehicles, but I WON'T BUY there again!!

We bought a 2003 Dodge Ram from Kari Dodge. We had a major problem with the truck and had to bring it in for the same service 8 times. The service department is not thorough. Work is not done carefuly and quality is bad. We decided to trade in the truck after 13,000mi. The sales manager was frendly at first until I told him that I could get the truck for less at another dealer. His face turned red when he found out I knew what I was talking about. His manners changed too. We bought the new truck from another dealer and when he found out, he asked how much we got it for. We told him we got it for $4,000 less than what he quoted us. He became short and just said "That's impossible!"
To sum this up, I would say stay away from these lying crooks! I caught them in so many lies It would take all the room left here and then some.
