My Review of Karmart:
Bought a '95 Golf from them. It was wet inside but they said it was because they had just shampooed the car. The truth is the car has a serious leak and the interior gets soaked every time it rains. We've had it back in twice to get this fixed, both times they kept the car for a week - with no results. This last time they just opened up a 1.5 inch hole in the bottom of the car so the water could drain out and left it that way. They called that a fix, we'll see what our lawyer says.

My Review of Karmart:
Took our Passat in for its first oil change. I had heard they were not trustworthy so I marked my oil filter.

Sure enough when I got it back the OLD FILTER WAS STILL ON!

The Service Writer said "No, I have your old filter right over here."

Not wanting to deal with their lies anymore I left. I eventually got my money back but would NEVER go back there even if the service was free.

If you dare go there, mark your parts to be sure they get changed or risk being ripped off.

My Review of Karmart:
I went to this dealer to look for a trckk. I had a trade-in but they would only give me$500.00 So I Kept this vehicle. later which i sold for 2150. Adam Showed me a 1999 Silverado pickup just traded in. I signed a contract for 11900.00 . Adam told me it required a safety inspection. 3 days later i was notified that this truck did not pass the inspection, due to the transmission was bad. I then went back to the dealer to cancel my contract. However 1 day after that I found the same truck with the exact vin# posted on the internet for 15999. I called the service desk and all that was done was new tires and brakes. This is not a dealer I would deal with. very unhonest and untrustworthy.

My Review of Karmart:
We went to look for a good used low-mileage Mitsubishi Lancer. The sticker prices on their vehicles is high. They were pushy and it took two of them to answer my under-the-hood questions. They had a vehicle coming in and we were promised that we would receive a call on it and let us know what the specs were. That call never came. Will I deal with them again? No. My experience? It may be a while before I will even think about visiting a car lot again - I think I will watch the privately owned vehicle sales.
