My Review Of Karz Plus:

At frist they were nice and were helpful. After i strted noticing all these small problems with my car and asked them to fix it they dis a horrible job at fixing my car! They were so slow at changing the title name to my bank but tey were sure fast to cash my check.. They are good at hiding things too my car is now having problems and i got the car not even a year ago.. This dealership is not honest and not worthy. I never write reviews but this dealership is a horrible olace to buy a car and i want to warn people.. I will report them to the bbb because they are theives and liers all they want is your money and they dont even fix your car properly.. Do not shop at this dealership you will regret it like i have.

My Review Of Karz Plus:

I purchased my '03 dodge Durango 3yrs ago I finally paid it off and let me tell u ever since I bought the suv it has gaved me nothing but problems. After signing deal 35 days later my water pump leaks then my right passenger window stops working and when I called them about the situation it was like oh well!! Wth!! I'm stuck with a 320.00 payment and I buy a car from dealer thinking it's k so I don't have to worry about it breaking down on me and what does it do yes after 35 th day nothing but problems n lots of money down the drain!! Please don't make a mistake eventhough they seem like the only place they can help u buy a car but don't do it!!!

My Review Of Karz Plus:

Ok I have my whisky in my hand and I am in a good mood: I don't write reviews but this one really deserves one. I purchased my Dodge Durango from Karz Plus in Escondido; it's was an OK experience. The car lot is nice the sales people are all right, when I purchased my car I was offered an extanded warranty, but I always had doubt about the coverage. Than my car broke down and I was reffered to K&T auto repair I called to check why my car was over heating and I asked the shop if I could make an appointment: I was told that they were backed up and had to call some other day, this made me mad, so I called the warranty company and was given the phone number for another shop. I called Value Auto Repair I was connected to Alex, he told me to bring my car and he would take care of it while I wait, well, I had a problem with my radiator and to my luck it's not covered by my warranty because I have covarage for Engine and transmisison. Next, Alex makes some phone calls and gets me a radiator for $100.00 and gets it installed for $50.00 and all of this in 2 hours. I was told that this does not happen all the time and good karma will bring him luck. WOW I appriciate Karz Plus and their associate shop for such service. I drink to that...lol.....

My Review Of Karz Plus:

I am taking my time to write this review because I really mean it. I have had purchased many used vehicles and I always had problem with things that goes wrong with cars after purchase. I purchased a 2005 Kia Sedona from Oceanside the sales experience was good but it took a long time maybe because my credit or who knows; I drove the vehicle for two months and I had the confidence that vehicle was trustworthy to take it for long trip, so I did; I went to Las Vegas, however, my car broke down in Las Vegas: I called my extanded warranty and the assisted me by towing the vehicle to a repair shoe where they recommended some work which was authorized by Karz Plus although non of items were covered items, pep boys could not get the car to start becuase they could't diagnosis the the problem, from there they tow the car to local Kia dealership where Kia recommended to OPEN the engine to see the cause of failure.....I called Karz Plus they brought the vehicle to Alex at National City on Tuesday I was contacted by Alex who made me feel everthing was going to all rights and there was nothing to worry about anything and I was promissed the vehicle would be running by thursday and guess what it happened. This is real people and appriciate every attempt made by Karz plus----ALex and the extanded warranty company. I recommended this place to my family members.

My Review Of Karz Plus:

I was reffered to karzPlus by another dealership in La Jolla and it has turned into the biggest nightmare of my life!

I bought a car and noticed that there were a handful of things that needed to get fixed. I was told by Jose that because it was Saturday (mechanic shop was closed) that if I took the car home that night I could bring the car on Monday morning and he would have everything fixed. He told me to call him at 9am when they opened to make sure the mechanic was there. I called at 10 and was told by July the so called manager that he would be in at 12. So I take my lunch and drive 15 mins to take my car up there and July tells me "oh Jose called and said hes running late, hell be here soon" SO I waited and I waited and I waited, 1:15 rolls around and I ask her again if Jose is here and now she tells me he's coming at 3:30. I was pissed.

Then on Tuesday finally talk to Jose after every person in that office claimed that they didn't know what was going on. I bring my car back on Wednesday and they give me a sorry ass loaner car and tell me that my car will be ready Saturday. Saturday rolls around and I call and they tell me "oh your car won't be ready because the Auto Shop was closed" What the hell? But I was told it would be ready Saturday.

I call the following Monday and they tell me my car is not ready. So at this point I call the auto shop and they tell me that they never started work on the car because KarzPlus said that the quote was too high, then they decided to pick my car up. Had I not called to check on the status of my car, it's still would have been sitting at the auto shop.

Then they tell me they are taking it Alex's shop... tell me it will be ready Thursday. Thursday rolls around and I call and Craig and the rude ass Manager that sit in the back tell me that I need to talk to July who will be in later. I called 3 times after the time they told me call and each time they told me "oh she's running late, call back later"

So I call the auto shop and he tells me that he has not started work on the car becuase Craig (the guy who keeps telling me call back later) told him not to start work on the car) at this point they have had my car over a week.


I would not recommend KarzPlus to my worst enemy. Everyone is nice while trying to make that sell, but once the deal is done, they will treat you like trash and make empty promices.

DO NOT GO TO KARZPLUS

I usually don't write review, but I have to say my experience at karz plus was great. I told the owner what I was looking for. A 04 or newer f-150, and he found something even better then I was hoping for. I usually dont like the hole buying a car experiance but It was very easy and painless here. I'll be goin back for my second car. Great place.

My Review Of Karz Plus:

VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS PLACE!

I purchased a car from the Escondido branch less than a month ago. The night I drove it off the lot, my boyfriend and I went to get gas and noticed the front right tire was low. It also stalled almost every time I would try and start it. My boyfriend put air in the tire and had me call the following day to schedule a time to fix the low idling (the cause of the stalling). During the drive home, the car sounded funny; I could feel every little bump in the road; the drive wasn't smooth at all, but didn't know why. That weekend they fixed the idling and I haven't had a problem since. That weekend, my boyfriend found someone's Social Security Card in the cassette deck and someone's Visa debit card in the passenger door. The following day we went to Pep Boys to get the car serviced, and the mechanic said there was no oil and all four tires were bad; two of them were so bad that they were splitting in the middle and he said I shouldn't have been driving on those tires. Five days after that, my front brakes start to grind a little, then two days after that, the e-brake popped out of place...THREE TIMES!! I made another appointment at the dealership to have the GPS removed and was going to address these issues when I got there, but the guy didn't show up. I drove all the way from Lakeside!! I called him a couple days later and asked him why he wasn't there; family emergency, he said. I told him of my issues and told him the car should have been thoroughly inspected because I just had a baby, and that he shouldn't have put me in an unsafe vehicle. I also told him his concern should have been more on safety and less on commission. He told me a mechanic did inspect the car, and I told him that he needs to get a new mechanic because had my car been properly and thoroughly inspected, I wouldn't be having these issues. I made an appointment for today to have my car serviced, and he offered to put me in a loaner car. I'm nervous because what if the loaner car is unsafe too? I don't want to pay for any immediate repairs on a car I'll only have for a few days. I really hope they redeem themselves by making these repairs, or they will be hearing from me again. Will keep you posted!

P.S. I asked on three different occasions for them to show me the Carfax...they have not

UPDATE - I went to the dealership last night, and again, the guy was not there. I was pissed! The manager, Ryan, decided he wanted to get something to eat instead of help and upset customer, and when he returned, he made it sound like it was my problem that I have the issues I do, and as far as the grinding brakes, he said I was speculating. Everyone knows what bad brakes sound like.I am currently in a loaner car with a sticker on the windshield that reads "Smog Check OK," yet the check engine light is on. The glove box doesn't close, and the fuse box is uncovered. This car is for sale on their lot "As Is, No Warranty." The guy who didn't show up called be about 20 minutes ago. I told him he owed me an apology, and that I was really disappointed. He replied "For what?" Are you serious??? I told him this was his second no-show and he should have either called to reschedule or have someone else take care of me in his absence. I'm supposed to get my car back this afternoon....I really hope the repairs are made because if they're not, I will be back!

My Review Of Karz Plus:

I bought a 99 tahoe with 61000 miles(and some change) which I feel was probably turned back because after a month and a half everything started breaking on the vehicle. ryan said it would cost 800.00 to fix the front axle hubs( which would have been spotted in their so-called safety inspection,haha). ryan said they would pay half because it is a receation vehicle (because it is lifted,he's such a dumass..first of all its a 99 tahoe thats been lifted not a recreational vehicle. alex ,their mechanic is a staight shooter and a hell of a nice guy but karz plus staff is a big joke. all they want to do is rip u off..karz plus can kiss my buttt. I wouldn't recomend karz plus to wipe your buttt...

My Review Of Karz Plus:

I purchased a 2004 chevy Impala from Karz Plus my credit is very bad due to a divorce- so I could afford a high millage vehicle-the warranty was 30days and my car broke down after 60 days--I called Craig and I was directed to call Alex---who is a very nice and handsome mechanic(I am divorced;lol)I went to his place and he fixed my vehicle in 4hours and told me to have a nice day without charge. I appriciate his gesture and service. I recommend this place to everyone in need of a car.
