My Review of Katie the Car Lady:
Katie was very rude on the phone. She seemed professional at first but after talking with her a couple of times she told us to pay her upfront so she doesn't 'waste her time'. Although e didn't understand how she worked, we understood her need to be compensated but explained we are the kind of people that like doing our own research and are a very hands-on type of customer. Because we were actively searching ourselves and the chances of us finding what we wanted first was great, we explained to her that her services were probably not best-suited to us. She became defensive, said we were not trustworthy, accused us of not respecting her time and called the 'experience' a negative experience. I guess we are glad we got out before we even got in. Very stunned with her volatile and unprofessional nature. Will recommend that our friends and family not use her services.

My Review of Katie the Car Lady:
I've purchased my last 2 cars through Katie, both experiences have been exceptional!

My first purchase was for a new WRX STI; I spent 1 month with the dealers (Bremerton, Seattle, Tacoma, Oly) who were always adding on the "market adjustment" to the deal at the last moment. This adjustment was in the thousands! Then a friend recomended that I call Katie, who had saved her thousands on her new car.
The short story is: Katie saved me thousands (close to 10k), and I got my dream car with no last minute add-ons to the purchase agreement! MSRP allready has a profit built in for the dealers, dont pay more, ever!
I woud recomend anyone looking for a car, new or used, to contact Katie; she's honest, works hard for you, and examines all used cars for structural and mechanical problems before she sells it to you. My wifes used CRV was thouroughly inspected before Katie would sell it to us. She had us pass on 2 other vehicles before we bought them and showed us why.

My Review of Katie the Car Lady:
Katie went out of her way to find the car that fit my budget and gave me the options I wanted. I compared prices online as well as in the dealership. I was able to save thousands of dollars by using her services.

Katie was awesome in keeping me up to date every step of the way as well as delivering the car to me which was nearly a two hour drive on her part.
