I had a wonderful experience at DCH Kay Honda when I went to purchase my car. Not only was Angela very friendly and open to all questions but the rest of the staff that we dealt with was very personable and willing to have a light conversation with all that was going on. The overall experience was great as I loved that no one was forcing me into buying the car but rather letting me set my own pace. Wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a Honda.

My Review of DCH Kay Honda:
Staff and Finance Department (Martin Wolf and Chris Olszewski respectively) gives prompt and courteous service. Martin immediately established excellent rapport and was very informative about the Honda line, upgrades from my previous model year, fuel efficiency, maintenance, etc. I will HIGHLY recommend this particular dealership to friends, family and clients. By far this has been the best Honda dealership experience in sales and service in Monmouth County. This made the difference in my decision to continue with Honda.

My Review of DCH Kay Honda:
When I finally settled on getting a honda, and a civic at that, I went to a dealership that both my parents and brother had previously bought cars the prior two months. I test drove the vehicle and decided that it was the car for me. Both my parents and brother had gotten good deals there, and I was about to do the same. With the paperwork drawn up, we had a coupon for that particular dealership for an extra 300$ off the negotiated price. The only problem was the dealer didn't have any more civics in stock, they were going to have to search for a vehicle.
My dilemma was that I had a good deal, with 1.9% APR financing and a coupon, both of which were expiring in about a week, potentially making it a not so good deal. Enter Jay Diehl at DCH Kay Honda.
I submitted a quote online through Honda.com to DCH Kay. Not only was Jay able to match the price, they beat it! Less than two days later I was at the dealership signing paperwork to get my new car. There was no hassle, and everyone who worked there was very pleasant to deal with. There was no side negotiating, or tricks. I was in and out of the dealership in less than two hours. It was by far the smoothest transaction in buying a car ever witnessed by humans. I would highly recommend looking to buy a Honda from DCH Kay, and particularly Jay Diehl. It's well worth it.

My Review of DCH Kay Honda:
Good sales staff...worked with us and hard to earn our sale. We had just come from another dealership who played obvious games and let us walk without a fight. DCH staff were good from start to finish, and delivery of the vehicle was also a great experience. I will recommend them to others, and when our Odessey is ready to be replaced, will certainly include these people on our shopping trip. Have been to many dealerships in the past, having purchased over 10 vehicles in the past 25 years, and the visit to DCH was by far the most satisfying and least painful.

Thank you for a wonderful experience. Edmond Lee, the sales consultant, was courteous in conversation, made us feel comfortable, knowledgeable in the car's features, and respectful of my time. I will definitely recommend him and your dealership to my family and friends. The paperwork was completeted effortless and without excessive pressure to add on the various warranty packages offered. My decision to decline these offers were respected. A courtesy telephone call was made the following day to determine if all was well.

My Review of DCH Kay Honda:
The first time I went to the dealer, Alin did not seem very interested in meeting me halfway. It was their (overpriced) way or the highway, and they let me walk out. I was contacted the next day by him and another salesperson, William. Both tried to give me new quotes that looked better. They were actually more, because they tried to charge me more interest. Furthermore, the first quote included tax, tags, title, and inspection. The later quotes did not. When I pointed that out, I was told the first quote did not include anything either. It's too bad I had two witnesses with me to prove who was lying. Don't do business with people who scam and lie. It's also worth pointing out that Alin gave me his cell phone number, not his business number. Had I known that, I would not have called at all. This is a shady, sneaky dealership.
