This is my second lease from Springfield Toyota. Due to my hectic work schedule and dealing with the insurance company and rental agency, my time constraint was limited. Freddy Zamorano was able to bring all the paperwork to my home because I could not get to the dealership in time. Not only was this process streamlined I was flabbergasted, dumbfounded, and perplexed at how simple the process was. Michael Nguyen played in a key role informing Toyota that my insurance company was paying off the last lease so that I could get into my new lease in time before the rental would expire.

I have to say Michael Nguyen and Yared Manalebih and his management staff including My Salesman Freddy Zamorano deserve all the credit in making this possible including the Finance Manager Kyu Jo who prepared all the paperwork necessary to be filled out.

I bought a Toyota Sienna from this dealer in 2012. The negotiated price was good. But the service department missed to install the front sensors. I asked to be reimbursed as it would take me too much time to come back but they offered thru one of their sales managers a ridiculous amount for the front sensors (less than 20% of the charged price). I wrote an email to both managers complaining about the lack of serious of the sales managers but none has responded or even cared. So, i took my car back and had the sensors installed. Will never do business with them. It seems as soon as they cash the money they forget about you.

Dolair was great to work with. He followed up timely to my inquiries and was very friendly to work with. He gave me an excellent deal on a 2013 Toyota Highlander Limited and worked with me to accommodate my needs, and helped me stay within budget. I highly recommend this dealership and Dolair, what a great guy. I buy cars often, so I will definitely be returning (this is actually my second Highlander from this particular dealership).

BUYERS BEWARE!!!
Car swapped was the impression after being lied to about the car and Mr. Freddy Zamorano saying he wasn't trying to do anything, well then why would I wait for the correct car with the power-seating option only to be approached with a laptop computer about looking at something else.
A total disregard for my time and actually wanted to sell me the wrong car after having me go the dealer to close the deal on what I thought was a gentlemen agreement over the phone! I had even informed him that I had bought a car there before and after this not again!

I got a very impressive deal on my new Corolla last time I was here at this dealership. Everyone here has such a friendly and welcoming attitude. No one agressively pressured me into buying the car, instead they followed through with every of my requests to ensure that I know, and will get, what I wanted. Mr. Alali was very accomodating as he made sure I got the car, in the color, that I was very happy with at an amazingly great price, which the other dealerships cannot compete against. In the end, I had the best car buying experience ever at this dealership. For the future, no matter where I live, I'll always buy a Toyota from this dealership.
P.S. I asked for a lot of bussiness cards from Mr. Alali and gave it to my friends and family. To date, one of them actually came and bought a car here. He was very happy too.

If you are buying a Toyota - only go to Springfield Toyota. I special ordered a Sienna Van and worked closely with Justin B. He was the only Toyota sales rep in the area who would help me special order the van. It took a while to arrive, but the dealership, including Mike N. (sales manager) kept me informed every step of the way so I would know what to expect. When the van finally arrived, everyone, including Maurice H. in finance helped tremendously with the transaction. I couldn't be more pleased with the long process. Thanks Springfield Toyota for helping me purchase this van for my family with special needs!

I was impressed with the system in the repair department. From the moment he approached, Mr. Davis was friendly, polite, and efficient. Despite the fact that it was a very busy day for the department, Mr. Davis gave me his full attention and was never rushed in his explanations.

I had a very positive experience with Springfield Toyota while purchasing my new vehicle. The sales and accounting staff were all extremely friendly and offered me a low price that no other Toyota dealer in the area could beat for a new car. The staff was extremely knowledgable and gave me great information about my potential new car before the purchase.

I take my car to the dealer to get service done, as well. They take great care of my vehicle and have never over charged me/tried to talk me into installations that are unnecessary, which many of my friends/family have encountered elsewhere. My car always leaves running like brand new.
