My Review of Keenan Honda:
Why bother with them? There are 3 Honda Dealers within 20 miles and well worth the extra drive.
Price is over inflated for Doylestown, and the service is par at best. In the end it got fixed, but it took several return visits. Just not worth the whole experience for a car. Honda's are great cars and the dealer should reflect that high level.

I had a great experience at Keenan. The internet sales manager Matt was very honest and pressure free. He gave us a great price on the car and great service. We had forgot some important documents with us, but they let us drive home the car (2008 Certified Civic) that night. He worked to meet our needs and appreciated our time crunch (we had a hungry kid at home).

My Review of Keenan Honda:
I took my 1995 Civic with 245,000 miles in to get PA State Inspection. The service manager told me it needed well over $3,000 of work to get the sticker. Several of the things on the list were not critical and in reality only $450 was safety related and needed to get the sticker. I felt like they were intentionally trying to rip me off.
My wife dropped the car off so perhaps they thought they could pull the old "muffler bearing" trick on her.
As a result of this experience, I decided that as long as I live in the Doylestown area I will not purchase another Honda. I had one Honda and one Toyota and when it came time to get a third car, Toyota won out because I have had the opposite experience at the Toyota dealer in town.

I have brought my Accord in for service on three separate occasions. The personnel are invariably courteous and helpful. When a mistake was made (I was inadvertantly charged for a service that is covered under warranty), the problem was immediately corrected and an apology was offered. It is nice to see that a dealership takes pride in its customer service and takes responsibility for errors!

My Review of Keenan Honda:
Keenan Honda damaged oil filter while replacing transmission on 2000 Honda Accord EX. The damaged oil filter ended up letting almost all of the oil leak out. The engine overheated, damaging the head gasket. Head gasket let coolant leak from coolant system to combustion chamber. Ended up with warped head, blown head gasket, fouled oil sensor and other components. Keenan Honda maintenance and general manager do not want to claim ANY responsibility!!! ARGHHHH!!!!

My Review of Keenan Honda:
Very positive experience. Dealer beat the best price I got elsewhere without an issue. I wanted a Civic Hybrid, which was in high demand, so knew a wait was inevitable, but the dealer provided the car in the month it was promised. The dealer answered all the questions I had and promptly responded to my requests. My only regret is the dealer still feels the need to use gimmicks to make it appear they are providing you extra services / products / benefits, not available at other dealers. The fact is there are so many restrictions, that the benefit is really not a benefit.
