My Review of Kelly Chevrolet-Cadillac Inc:
All the employees at this dealership are horrible! No one will ever return your phone calls once they have made their sale and gotten your money. I bought my car over a month ago and am still waiting on my second key. Its a used 2007 - there should be 2 sets of keys! They also didnt detail the car before I got it - I sat at home and wiped the dust off. And when I pulled up the white mats they put on the floor, I found out that there were no floor mats in the car! I would never EVER get a car from here again. The more people I told my story to, the more I heard that other people had similar experiences. Its been over a month and I still do not have my second key. I call almost daily and no one will ever call me back and if I actually talk to a person, no one seems to know whats going on. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
