My Review of Kelly Honda:
My husband bought a Honda from Julie earlier in the year and urged me to meet with her when I was considering a Honda Fit in the fall. At the time they didn't have any 2008 models that met my needs and Julie suggested I stay in touch for the new 2009 models. We met in November, talked & finally agreed on a sale. I am impressed with Julie's professionalism, knowledge of the vehicle, & follow-through. Upon delivery she took time to sit in the car with me and make sure I understood how everything worked before allowing me to leave the premises. I left the dealership with the car I wanted at a reasonable price and felt I was treated fairly.
My only negative comment is that Kelly doesn't offer the inspection service-however, they do give you a voucher for the muffler place across the street & the inspection was processed promptly.
Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend Julie and Kelly Honda.

I had been shopping for a pre-owned Odyssey and Kelly Honda had exactly the vehicle that i was looking for. Assad Melki was the salesperson that i dealt with. Mr. Melki could not have been more helpful, a true gentleman. The entire experience from start to finish was wonderful. I have always dreaded purchasing a new or used car but the people at Kelly Honda make it very easy to recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a new or used vehicle.

Mr DeLisi was a calm, low pressure sales man. Mr. Delisi was very thorough in explaining every aspect of the deal and had a thorough knowledge and understanding of the vehicle. Would highly recommend the sales man and the dealership. Dealership was very neat and clean.

If only Julie could be my "go-to-gal" in everything I buy in life. I have always said "what makes a good sales experience is not having a sales experience". This is exactly what it was like working with Julie. Laid back, respectful, informative, helpful...


Put it this way...if you can walk out being genuinely happy about spending 20k...well, I think you get the point!

My daughter purchased her third Honda Civic back in September but her first at Kelly Honda. I was looking at other cars, Julie came over and introduced herself and asked if I needed help with anything. Julie was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She answered all my questions.

I wasn't looking to purchase a Honda for myself until Julie had me thinking if I every did it would be from her.

My Review of Kelly Honda:
We bought a new Honda CR-V from Kelly, and found the experience to be as pleasant as it could have been. We returned several times to see the vehicles, test drive, and finally, negotiate. The salespeople (Doug and Assad) were friendly and pleasant and not pushy. The negotiation was fair, and the price was reasonable. We felt we got a good deal and would definitely recommend them to friends. We'll definitely return to Kelly should we need to make another purchase.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used 2005 Honda Pilot with Asaad. He definitely put the customer first, and allowed us to have a pressure free purchase. The turn around time from purchase to pick up was less than 24 hours, simply due to the fact it was purchased on a Sunday! We are very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend Asaad at Kelly Honda to our friends!
