Great experience, for the most part. The customer service was good, and Veasna helped us choose the right car for our lifestyle and wallets. The purchasing process went smoothly at first, but unfortunately there was a recording issue with the VIN number and I had to return the car after a few days while they corrected the problem. They supplied me with a rental in the meantime, which was very convenient though. They definitely tried to make things right in what is probably a very rare situation. I'd definitely go back in the future!

From the sales dept. to the service dept. Kelly Nissan has been the most professional team I ever dealt with, I just went to have an oil change and Luna from the service dept. told me in a very professional way that I need all 4 tires, been that I leased the car I asked him if I could get out of this lease and get a new car, I worked with Eric Gallant and within 1/2 hour we made a new deal. Eric's recommendation and understanding of what my needs were on a new car was very easy for me to make a decision, I didn't even need my husband to be there to help.
Eric was so informative on all the questions I had, I went home with a brand new car.
I will recommend Eric Gallant at kelly Nissan to anyone.

I recently bought a 2012 Nissan Versa hatchback from Kelly Nissan of Beverly and could not be more pleased. The service was excellent and they helped us every step of the way. Mounir is the sales consultant that helped me through the process. He was extremely helpful, friendly, easy to work with and made our entire experience enjoyable. I was offered a great price for a great vehicle and I never once felt pressured to make any decisions. Mounir even came in on his day off to prep my car before I picked it up. My family has been dealing with Kelly for two decades. My mother drives a Maxima, my father a Murano, so when my wife and I were in the market for an SUV, Nissan and Kelly Nissan particular was top of our list.

We worked with Paul Kuhn, who has sold / leased my family their last 4 or 5 cars and he was exactly what we expected. Friendly, helpful, professional and accommodating. He didnt try and force us into certain model - but actually listened to what we wanted and helped us make the right decision. He showed us that the trim level up from our initial paperwork - was only a few dollars more (for many more features) and even let us take the test drive on our own (which is so much better than having someone hoover over you while you make your decision)

We settled on a great 2013 Pathfinder - that is just gorgeous, and Paul got us the pricing we were looking for - a very good deal on my trade and made the entire process of plate transfer and pick up as painless as possible. We talked to Paul on a Sunday and drove the car away on Wednesday. Paul was great from beginning to end.

The other person I wanted to mention is Ray Liimatainen, the Finance Manager. Ray is one of the most friendly people you will ever meet and will totally have you rethinking your image of a "Finance Manager" - he isn't the guy who scrutinizes your credit history and looks down on you for any small bump or past indiscretion, Ray understands that life happens - and worked hard to get us the best loan and the best rate. He sat with us for a good amount of time, went through all the options for warranty, gap insurance etc and kept us laughing and smiling all the way through. He made a process that is usually stressful, into a real joy. Not only did we get the car we wanted at a fantastic rate - but he help me to learn what to ask for next time I buy a car. Thanks Ray.

I have been a Kelly customer for over 25 years. Every time I enter the store, I am greeted by Tom Solone or Eric Gallant or any other emplyee for that matter with a warm hello. the people there are very patient and when it came to buying my new car, Tom and Eric took the time to explain the pros and cons of a number of options.

I have been servicing my cars at Kelly Nissan. Luna is a great service manager. He takes the time to explain what will be done to thecae, and notifies me of the things that need to be done when I come in.

kelly Nissan is a great dealership and it is a pleasure to do business with them.
