Great car buying experience. Got the SUV I wanted & trade in allowance that I expected
I did all my homework and went to 2 other dealers before goind to Kelly in Beverly. This is the fifth car the family has bought directly from the salesman Charlie Monterio.
He is totally professional and spends time listening to the customer & explaining everything.

This is crazy, advertised 239 in paper with 4k down for murano.
Cool ill take it.
But.............................

Sales tax, fees, etc.. cool ill take that i agree. then 260? 270?
Wrong again
391 with 7k down. Costing 17k for a 3 year lease.
Advertised for 11k.
They said credit try to blame banks ..
So i said cool not a problem. What is my wifes credit score maybe i will put mine on the car since i have perfect credit.
She has perfect credit for 4 years now.
Maybe it will go threw for cheaper i have to check.
But you advertised for 239, with 4k down in paper.
how is it 391 for 7k down?
Maybe your wifes credit isnt a teir 0.
Ok so what is her teir??
i don't know they say.
So you run credit dont know her credit score?
Total bs, total bouncing around, dancing around. I have perfect credit just fianced house two years ago, i own three vehicles with a 725 credit score. Wife has higher and their playing games.
Avoid.
They all blame other people
the bank
the economy
the finance guy
the jj guy
so stupid wasting time.
I will go buy another car for same price range some where else.
I would love to see what they do to you if trade in a car or buy new.
Also i asked to see my wifes credit score 6 times and no one would tell me what it was after we gave them the number to see if we qualified.
So stupid.
I have bought three cars in the last 10 years and everyone told us the credit score. It was like a trophy you know??
Instead of running my credit we just left .
I would rather deal with someone else.

I bought a used vehicle from Kelly Nissan and after the purchase i had "buyers remorse". Eric reassured that the altima that i bought was certified pre-owned and i would be taken care of. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a used vehicle. Kelly Nissan and Eric are a great team.

I recently purchased a pre-owned car from Kelly Nissan in Beverly. The sales staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They spent a lot of time helping me find a car in my price range that fit the criteria that I was looking for. I never felt rushed and appreciated the variety of pre-owned vehicles that I was able to choose from in my price range. I also got a follow-up call 2 weeks later to see how I liked the car and to also see if I had any questions about it. I highly recommend this dealership.

My Review of Kelly Nissan of Beverly:
I was in the market for a used SUV, Don was very patient with me as I test drove a number of vehicals. In the end I finally settled on a Ford Explorer. The SUV was imaculate even though the vehical was at least 3 years old it looked brand new. Don walked me through the usual paperwork ritual and he worked to with his management team to get me the best possible deal. I walked away with an awesome deal! Everyone involved in the deal was great.

As for Customer Service: About a month after I took possession of the SUV I experienced a proplem with the wheel bearings and the Service Center took care of everything!!! Overall My experience with Kelly Nissan of Beverly couldn't have better. I highly recommend this dearlership. Ask for Don Lavigne.

My Review of Kelly Nissan of Beverly:
This dealership was dishonest with the price quoted to me. I double-checked the quote on the telephone before traveling to the showroom (for a second time) to make a down payment on the purchase. After another test drive, I provided a check for the downpayment and provided all my personal information. This was all with the understanding with the salesperson- Gene Porzio - that the sales manager- JJ Hoyt -had approved this price, which was matching another local dealer's price. After providing my deposit, Mr. Porzio had to speak with the manager ostensibly to check whether there was favorable financing available. After awhile, the sales manager JJ Hoyt came out to explain to us that there must have been some misunderstanding because they couldn't possibly sell to us at the price that was quoted to me. They could only sell at a price approximately $1,000 more expensive. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU DON'T GO TO THIS DEALER!
