Joe and Kelly Nissan really exemplified what buying a new car should be like. They were straight with me about pricing right from the get-go, so there wasn't the "game" that other dealerships like to play. As a result, purchasing my car was EASY and quick. They knew what I wanted, I knew what they were willing to do. Buying a car should be no more difficult than setting expectations. That's exactly what Kelly and Joe did. I would happily go back for my next Nissan.

My experience at Kelly Nissan of Woburn with Aurthur,was excellent. He was kind and friendly from the second I walked in the door.Not only did he find us The exact car that we were looking, but he was also able to get us a great price . He was patient and answer every question I asked professionally. My favorite part of the whole experience was that I never once felt like I was being pushed to buy a car. I would recommend anyone to buy a car From Aurthur. Thank you again Aurthur I love my new car!!!!

My Review Of Kelly Nissan of Woburn:

Recently I purchased a Nissan Maxima at Kelly Nissan of Woburn. I found my over all overall buying expierence here to be excellent.

My sales representative Shawn Crowley was great. He was very knowledgable of the Nissan product line, patient and straight forward with me. I felt very comfortable working with him and the dealership as a whole.

If anyone is in interested in purchasing a Nissan vehicle this is the dealership to go to!

Joe Gulino and John Murray are very professional. I purchased a lease through Kelly Nissan of Woburn only to have it delayed 4 weeks due to a title change issue that was an error at the corporate level of Nissan. Luckily, Joe and John took initiative and gave me a rental car, paid for my gas and my first months car payment. Who could be angry over that?! I Recommend Kelly Nissan of Woburn to anyone interested in Nissan vehicles or someone who wants honesty and trust while car shopping.

Shawn was wonderful! He was very informative, respectful, and honest. I loved the no pressure way he was with me and my husband. Many salesmen speak to the man and not the woman. Shawn spoke to me when I asked questions. They did not have what I was looking for on my first visit but Shawn contacted me as soon as the vehicle I wanted came in. This is the first dealership I have been to that gave me a good feeling.

My Review Of Kelly Nissan of Woburn:

This is a tale of two reviews. After visiting several dealerships in person and online, I found kelly nissan of woburn to be a reasonably priced, well organized and friendly place to do business. Sales consultant ted aylward was courteous, professional and knowledgable over three visits and several phone calls. I purchased a 2011 rogue; the the car I wanted at a fair ptice. It had been a surprisingly positive experience. However, this all changed upon finalizing the sale with finance manager eric krist. Mr. krist's deceptive methods, disrespectful attitude and demeaning manner left me insulted, agitated and uneasy. What had been an enthusiastic transaction was tarnished and cheapened by mr. krist's unseemly behaviour towards me. Even the following day, when making a down payment, he did'nt even have the common decency to step out of his office to shake my and thank me for my business. Unfortunately, mr. krist's disgusting display of contempt and unprofessionalism is my lasting impression of what should have been a five srar review.

My Review Of Kelly Nissan of Woburn:

I have been a customer of Kelly since 1998 and have purchased a few pathfinders and an Altima as well as recommending friends and family that have purchased a Pathfinder, Maxima and 2 Sentra's. After my old pathfinder was needing to be replaced, I shopped every car and truck and visited all dealerships in my area. After meeting with Peter in Woburn, I decided on an Altima. During my visit I met with Cavan Dunn the Sales Manager and Brian Dudley in Finance. All were very professional and friendly. I also had the pleasure of meeting Brian Kelly himself twice during the purchase. The experience was very much what I had experienced with Steve Vitalli and Jack Tutty in the Lynnfield location.

I did experience a very minor issue with a broken clip on the seat and it was instantly handled by the on duty service manager. (I did not get his name but he did help keep my Pathfinder on the road for 2 years longer than expected. It should also be noted that I decided NOT to trade in the Pathfinder and kept it as second car to tow and haul around town. The truck itself has over 174k and runs strong.
