Reason for Visit: Sales

I recommend this dealer: No

My Review of Ken Dixon Honda:
The sales rep I dealt with was great during the initial sale... However once the sale was complete, he became very pushy to refer to friends. He would mail, email and call... Now most recently, he began calling my work number and harrasing me about trading my car in for a new one. It has become almost stalker like.

Reason for Visit: Service

I recommend this dealer: Yes

My Review of Ken Dixon Honda:
This is the dealer that is closest to me. I take my car (2004 Honda Accord EX V6 with navigation) in to the dealer to get serviced, and I have never had a problem with their service department. I did not buy from them because they did not have the lowest price.

The first time I went into the dealer I had a rust issue on part of the water channel near the lower front of the passenger side front door. The service manager just put some touch-up paint on it. I was highly pissed because I know that if rust is not taken care of, then it will ONLY get worse. The service manager said that the rust was "surface rust" and not actual rust (as if there is a difference?!). I decided to take my car to College Park Honda, and they replaced the entire door free of charge.

Ken Dixon replaced my rotors (because my steering coloumn was vibrating while braking) for free, and there service department has been great for my and my wife's car (2003 Civic LX).

If you want to buy a car from them (or anywhere really), then just make sure you already have price quotes lined up and be prepared to walk away if they don't meet the price you want.
