Great dealership, far from the stereotypical car industry. Small town feel, small town prices. The entire experience was wonderful, Mr. Houtz was very fair. Ella's customer friendliness and personable approach was fantastic Simply put, my experience was refreshing after having gone to more traditional dealerships. I intend on purchsing future vehicles here, even if I have to drive 60 mi. from Richmond.

Ken was very helpful when it came to choosing the right car for me. He was mindful of the price range I wanted and suggested the best that he could within that range. There was a heavy burden taken off my shoulders when I purchased the "new" car. I am paying a used price, but I feel like I am getting all the perks of a new car- both in care from the dealership, and in warranty. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and purchase.

The dealership not only gave me a great deal, they stayed open late keeping several staff members available there to assist with what was needed to complete the transaction rather than just having us come back on monday. this is the second vechile purchased from this dealership and we have been so pleased with every aspect of the staff. we even take our vechiles there to be serviced as well.

i visited ken houtz dealership met mr hogge his knowledge of the auto i wanted and where to go to find it was great. he was very friendly and have great salemanship. the whole staff treated me and my like we were special ,yes i would tell my friends about ken houtz and his sales staff they were great

Ken Houtz Chevrolet goes above and beyond when it comes to service. This is the third Avalanche I have purchased through the dealership and I have been completely satisfied every time. From the time we walked on the lot, we were treated as family and friends. Although they did not have the vehicle I was interested in at the time, they staff worked with me to find the vehicle and arrange deliver in a timely manner. I would recommend Houtz Chevy to anyone thinking about a new or used car.

My husband and I went to look at another Trailblazer We weren't in the parking lot for 2 minutes when Ken came out to greet us We decided to look at another Trailblazer which Jim gave us the keys and tags Ken ran my credit with Langley and called later to tell me to come get my truck! Cannot give enough praise about this dealership. I have been buying cars from Ken Houtz for more than 30 years. Once again buying my new car was an easy, effortless and comfortable process. Ken is a trusted friend and I count on his honesty and fairness. He cares so much on a personal level. His staff was attentive, competent and caring. These guys were awesome! Their professionalism coupled with hometown attitude was very refreshing. I can't say enough about how easy this whole process was. They were right there for me and showed me exactly what I had in mine. I wasn't there all day. They had my car ready when I went to pick it up. Gary went over with me all the functions that the car had on it and help me set everything up such as the blue tooth and onstar. It was the best experience I have ever had in buying a car. I am very happy with my car. Thank you.
