My Review of Kendall:
I mistakenly visited this dealership after having a very positive experience at the Subaru Dealership in Albany. I was doing a bit of comparison shopping. Kendall was very high pressure saying to keep my money here and ultimately was about $50 cheaper than the very nice salesman in Albany (He was very low key and honest!). The NEW car was to have been a surprise gift for my wife and Kendall PROMISED that the car would be delivered within 2 weeks. When I signed the contract, they said the car was IN TRANSIT and should arrive within a FEW days. Anyway, 2 weeks later, the car still hadn't arrived and the surprise was ruined. I ended up taking a car off the lot and the car that was supposedly in transit never arrived! The sales manager is very high pressure and arrogant and I will never patronize ANY of Kendalls numerous dealerships again. They lost both a sales and service customer for life!
