My Review of Kenny Ross Chevrolet Olds:
we bought a vehicle at the somerset location. we were under the impression that this van had already been checked out. when we arrived home and checked out the panic button it didn't work also there was a tire cap missing. we also thought that the van would be cleaned, when we got it home it was the same as it was when we looked at it at the dealership. we have bought other used vehicles and when we picked them up they were cleaned and washed and waxed ready for us just like new. this vehicle hadn't been touched. there was no owner manual, it had to be ordered. they never called to tell me that and i made a trip to somerset for nothing, as i now have to go back to pick up the manual when it arrives and i have to make an appointment to have the panic button looked at. this is an inconvience for me as i live in johnstown.
