My Review of Kenny Ross:
I was looking for a reliable car to go to college with and had been searching the web for months. My grandfather was going to help me with the purchase and he recomended his dealership and salesman. He has bought a couple of Chevys from Kenny Ross. The whole experience was great and I ended up getting a Buick Century. 2005. Everyone there from sales to the financial people were great. I will recomend them to anyone looking for a car. expecially to my salesman , Chuck Sarver. He gave me a great deal with a low payment on a GREAT CAR. THANK YOU CHUCK!!

My Review of Kenny Ross:
Spent 2hr. there looking and test driving new trucks not sure which one we wanted and because it was closing time the salesman rush us out by walking away and telling us when we decided call him. He did not give us time to talk between our selves. When we told him that we did not like what they wanted to give us on a trade in that was it for him. He never let us look at other opptions. Did not know much abot the truck either. Wanted to know about the $1,500 over the Blue book value and was told that you had to pay the full sticker price to get that If that is the way, that is STUPID and not what the ad makes you think. There goes Chevy with there miss leading ad's.

My Review of Kenny Ross:
I came in and bought my new Crew Cab and was treated great. Chuck had my truck sitting that we had discussed and it was all clean. We drove it and the numbers were the same as he quoted me online and we were out of there in about an hour. It was a very pleasant experience and I will buy there again.

My Review of Kenny Ross:
We bought a Silverado at Kenny Ross this week. Bob Zurcher was the sales rep and he was friendly, courteous and responsive. Buying new vehicles takes way longer than I would like it too, but the overall experience at Kenny Ross was good. We were looking at the Ford F150's which has been my husband's family's preference but the Silverado had a better overall rating most anywhere I looked on the internet and a better warranty. Bob and his supervisor Wally gave us a good enough deal to save me from having to go to the Ford dealer and my husband is excited about his new truck.

Just wanted to add a foot note that I have received 2 emails from others that have had bad experiences with Kenny Ross. This doesn't include the number of people in the North Hills area that I have spoken to verbally that would NEVER deal with them because of their bad reputation.

My Review of Kenny Ross:
I bought a 2001 Cavalier that they grossly overcharged me for. The list retail was 6300.00 and they charged me 8900.00.
I made the mistake of telling them my truck quit running and I was in a jam and needed a vehicle.
I told them mileage was important so they lied and told me the car would get over 30 mpg. In reality it averages 26.5.
Sixty days later I went to the sales managers and they flatly refused to do a thing about the lies and rip-offs.
It's a shame that they would prey on unsuspecting people that are in a fix and take advantage of them just to make a few bucks for themselves. A reputable dealer....NO WAY!
