My Review of Kero's Auto Brokers:
DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE. I went in and talked about trading in my current car towards a new one. They said right off the back there are no negotiations in price as they are the lowest by far and are only making $500.00 from what they bought it for, which is total BS if you just compare prices to other dealerships. Apparently I was working with the owner who was extremely condescending and tried to give me thousands less for my trade in, stating I would be lucky if I got anything for it. They do not take into consideration items like KBB or NADA or even looking online for car values they just 'assume' they know how much it is worth. I did not realize they had so much business they can be that arrogant especially in these economic times. Good for them I guess…

My wife and I purchased a 2005 Honda Odyssey Touring from Kero's. I must tell you that the experience was the best I have ever had. There is no pressure and simply no hassle. We are not only pleased, but thrilled with our purchase. They are truly the real deal. Everything you have read is true. We have told all our family and friends about them. When it comes time to buy again, we will not hesitate to make the drive and buy at Kero's. Thank you Slavic and thank you Eddie for all you did for us!

No pressure atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable and really are good about giving you the proper attention. They answer questions and if they don't know the answer, they will find it out quickly. Owner George and his brother are awesome guys. I would highly recommend Kero's to everyone. Overall, it was a great experience.

Caring, honesty, integrity and No haggling! If this is what you want out of your car buying experience, go to Kero’s Auto Brokers in Edmonds. This is a wonderful family owned business and everyone there is extremely nice, helpful, and patient. I observed many people come and go while I was looking for the right car and all the customers were treated very well and with respect. Keros even has a BMW Master Mechanic there who goes through the cars with a fine tooth comb and makes sure the car is in excellent running condition, top-notch and safe. All of the cars there are one (or two) owner cars, and every car I looked at was in fantastic shape! Keros only has the best of the best, and all of the cars have most or all of the bells and whistles. I cannot say enough great things about Keros! George, Eddie, Jeremy, Stefan, and Slavic (and all of the guys behind the scenes) are all so wonderful, they all work together, and they make a great team! They are truly interested in giving every customer a positive buying experience and they treat everyone like family. Honestly, at first, I was leery about going there; I thought it was just another used car lots—boy was I wrong! They do not have a fancy showroom floor, or a big beautiful office, it is just a small unintimidating office with a very comfortable feel. It felt great to know that I am not paying for all that overhead that a fancy dealership has to make you pay for. When we went to BECU to sign a couple of documents, even the person who helped us even said they are a good company to do business with and she likes to work with Kero’s too. I am telling all of my friends and family to buy their next car at Keros. I feel so happy to know they will be there when I want to buy my next car—I can’t wait to buy another car! So, if you want a top of the line, upscale great solid car, with all the bells and whistles, for an extremely great price and you want to be treated with care and respect, GO TO KEROS on Highway 99 in Edmonds! I will never go anywhere else to buy a car ever again! Thanks again to George, Eddie, Jeremy, Stefan, and Slavic—you are all magnificent people!

If you are looking for a quality car at a great price then you need to buy from Kero's. We just bought an '08 M3 at thousands below dealers and others asking price. If you have done your homework and are ready to buy, stop here! Or you could go to the BMW & Audi dealerships (as I have the past 5 times to buy a car), and pay more for the same car. Kero's is a small used car broker/dealership so don't expect a fancy BMW, Lexus kind of place. The dealership is a very comfortable family friendly place and there was zero pressure to buy. Their honesty was refreshing. I average a car every 2 years and have had some good experiences buying cars. This was by far the best car purchase experience that I've EVER had. Tell everyone you know to buy from Kero's!

I purchased a 2007 BMW 335i Coupe from Keros on June 30th. I will NEVER shop anywhere else for a car! They were just fantastic!! Eddie and Slavick assisted me throughout the process,including getting me the best financing rate out there. They are not "pushy" at all (like so many other car dealers are). I took my time, selected the vehicle I wanted...the rest is history. Their overhead is very low, they have lots of inventory, so their markup is much less than other dealers that I contacted. Please, if you are in the market for a very nice car, do yourself a favor and shop at Keros. I am sure glad I did!! Thanks again, Eddie and Slavick. You have another customer for life.

My Review of Kero's Auto Brokers:
I purchased a 2006 Mercedes CLS500. I live in South Carolina so all I had to go on was some photos and Eddie Sharawy's word. Eddie was a great person to deal with. He was not available accept my every call because he is a very busy person (I guess that is good), but I must say that he was very responsive and what every he promised he delivered in a timely manner.

I had to have the car shipped to me and Eddie had sent me photos and gave me a very detailed description of every part of the car including the nicks and dings. I had set up for a delivery company to pick up the car and when the driver got there he marked the bill of lading up as if the car was scratched on every panel (to cover the trucking company if any damage occured during shipment I am sure) Eddie would not release the car because he had my best interest in mind. Nevertheless Eddie offered me a complete refund and said "he do not sale junk" and he was not going to release the car under these conditions. I scheduled another trucking company to pick it up and when the driver got there he did not mark any type of damages on the bill of lading. The car was delivered to me and when I received it, it was just as Eddie had described.

I would recommend any one who is looking to purchase a high end used vehicle whether it is local or long distance to contack Kero's Auto Brokers and ask for Eddie Sharawy. Their a company who prides themselves in the cars they sell and is very honest and considerate. The next car that I purchase I will be looking at Kero's first.

My Review of Kero's Auto Brokers:
By far the best auto sales experience I've had. Eddie and the Kero's team went above and beyond in helping me find my 2008 BMW 335I. He constantly kept in touch sending me updates on vehicles I may want. Once he found a few cars that matched my criteria, he gave me the first option in choosing among the three vehicles he had just purchased. Most dealers will play off your excitement towards a particular vehicle when pricing the car, but Kero's values your business and it reflects in their prices. As Eddie expressed to me, " Large margins on vehicles are great, but the continued business from our customers will more than make-up for loss profits." Thanks again Eddie, I'll definitely see you guys again once I'm ready for an upgrade.
