My husband and I bought a car from Eddie about two years ago. The experience we had was beyond awesome. We still love the car. I wanted the car for a long time and thanks to Eddie and his good staff, we got the best out there. Well... recently we went to visit Eddie. I could not belive this guys. Honestly, the minute we walked in, Eddie was so happy to see us, George talked to us like he knew us since...for ever. Steve was there also. We were there for a few hours and I have never in my life felt so welcome(back) at any dealership. They were friendy, happy and very very helpful. I would never in my life buy a luxury car from any other dealership. Awesome guys. If anybody leaves a negative review they are having issues with life. I did expect them to remember us, I never expected them to welcome us back like we were best friends.

I recently purchased a 2006 BMW 530i from Kero's and I can honestly say that this was the best car purchasing experience that I have ever had. I traded in a 1991 Mercedes at the time that I picked up the car, but it turned out that I had lost the title... Eddie was very understanding about the time that it took for me to get a replacement title. He also gave my a 2006 BMW 525 loaner car while one of his employees took my car to BMW of Seattle for a full check up and maintenance. There are still two years left on the full-service plan from BMW, so there were no charges at all! These guys rate 5 out of 5, and I will definately buy here again.

My husband drove from Oregon to Washington (the dealer would not provide a photo of the car), and ended up purchaseing a vehicle in JANUARY. While we love the car, I am unable to drive it due to their failure to complete the paperwork in time for titling and registration. I have had three trip permits (one from Washington and two from Oregon), and now my car is currently sitting in the driveway awaiting the Washington title so I can register and get plates in Oregon. Today is day 12 without the use of my car!! We have contacted the dealership numerous times, but they don't answer the phone, their voicemail box is full, and the few times we have spoken to them, they make promises that they don't keep. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO MY WORST ENEMY! They only care about making a buck!

We got a white 2002 AMG C32 Mercedes beauty from these folks. These guys are the most laid back, pressure-free, trusting and trustworthy dealers ever. It doesn't even feel like car shopping with them. Check the prices too! They are lower than anywhere else in WA state! For the friendliness, the inventory quality, the choice in cars and especially in the unique business strategy (high turnaround, low markup, concentration on knowledge about the car's history as opposed to trying to upsell by memorizing all the options) Kero's gets an A++.

If your looking for the best cars and the best prices, Keros is the place to go. This was the best car buying experience Ive ever had! This isnt your typical used car dealer, no pressure and no BS. George bent over backwards on our financing and even did some work for us on his day off. I plan on buying all our cars at Keros from now on. Awesome dealer!! Thanks George!

By far the best car buying experience we have EVER had!! This purchase was for our daughter who will be driving her C240 for many years to come. She made several visits to the dealership before we went to make the purchase and she talked with Steven several times. He was helpful,friendly and not at all pushy to make a sell. They let her drive the cars she thought she would be interested in and when we went back, we were able to drive them as well. The prices on their lot are amazing and as we waited to talk with Eddie to make the final deal, he was so patient and ready to talk to us about all our questions. We got the car a 2002 Mercedes C240 and it is awesome. There was one scratch that bothered our daughter and they had her bring it in the following day and had it taken care of as well as detailing the car so it looked brand new. The car was also missing the cd changer and they didn't have one to give her, so Steven took his out of his own car and gave it to her!! they give a whole new meaning to customer service, they are tops! George went over every little detail of her "new" car with her, which she said took over an hour. We are most certainly telling all our friends about the quality cars,low prices and most importantly customer service they will receive at Kero's!!!! We hope to buy from them again!

We have purchased 3 cars from Eddie at Kero's in the past 6 years. Every time we start thinking of a new used vehicle, my wife insists that we should try to support local businesses in Bellingham where we reside. However we always end up at Kero’s, of course after we visit 10 dealerships, only to realize that the only dealer that combines honesty, integrity and superb service is Kero’s. Thank you Eddie for taking care of our daughter, the twins will be ready to drive soon.

BUYER BEWARE!!! DISHONEST DEALER!
So far this Dealership takes the cake. Eddie sold me a car that he told me in great detail, just received a new transmission at a local BMW Dealer thus why I had to wait a few extra days to pick up the car. Four months later the car breaks down so I have it towed to the local BMW Dealership and requested the car's history only to find out that they never put in a new transmission. The clutch went out too which is not covered under warranty. I'm out over $2,800 because of his dishonesty.
It took them 3 weeks to payoff my trade in and they close up the entire store for days on end without notice.
Don't buy a car from them without a full mechanic's inspection and don't take their word on anything!

I, along with many other people that I know, do not look forward to car shopping and dealing with the "typical" car dealership and salesmen. I knew exactly what I wanted and found the perfect car and more at Kero's. George and Eddie worked with me to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase and their service. I have never had such a wonderful experience buying a vehicle. I love my car and will buy my next car at Kero's. I tell everyone that I can about Kero's. It is the only place to buy a car. George and Eddie are honest and the quality of their cars is unbeatable.
