My Review of Keyes Acura:
Made appt to have my 2006 Acura TL serviced. I ususally take it to Gold Coast Acura in Ventura, but since Keyes Acura was very close to my business I thought, how much difference could there be.

Upon taking it in they gave me a estimate of $243.00 for the B-1 service on my car. I thought this was high as I never paid this much to have it serviced with this b-1 code at Gold Coast Acura. I called Gold Coast Acura and they told me the service would be a little over $85.00 for the same service. I called Keyes Acura to tell them not to service. They stated they had started but would match the price. I feel this was terrible. How can they mark something up that much. Will never take the car back to Keyes Acura and anyone that takes the car into the dealership should check around. I plan to file a complaint with Acura since this was a scheduled maintanice.

My Review of Keyes Acura:
Had a bent valve due to weak valve springs Acura made for the RSX. So my motor blew and had to get to the nearest dealer. Service Rep. (Josh) insisted that I overreved although i was sure I didnt misshift and i had my gf as witness, and that they would refuse to cover any warrenty what so ever and quoted me on a $7000 engine and labor to get the car running. I refused, went back home and decided to have the car towed somewhere else. I then told the service rep that I was leaving and he immediately said that Honda was gonna give me a one time good will but i owuld have to cover a $2500 labor fee. I accepted.

They were trying to rip me off, if i didnt say i was goin to another dealer they would not have given me the engine.
