Each time i brought my vehicle in for service, I`ve been assisted by a beautiful and friendly service advisor Ornella Mounzer. She is very professional and attentive. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service that is provided at this particular dealership and would recomment it to all Audi owners, but be sure to see Ornella ONLY (trust me)

My Review of Keyes Audi:
This is the first time I have ever gone to a dealer for service and they lived up to the reputation of poor overpriced service. I chose this dealer because the car is new to me and this dealership had good service reviews on this website. I dropped off my car for an oil change and inspection before a long trip. The service took six hours! I had to keep calling because the service rep I was dealing with wasn't there when I called and of course no-one else at a dealership can help with someone else's mark. I have no faith that the car was actually inspected or even that the oil was changed. I am used to the one on one service from a mechanic owned shop, I should mention that I am a woman and I think women can understand cars however at this dealership I dealt with a young lady in a smart suit who seemed to have no idea about cars and would not let me talk to the mechanic in person. She did not explain any of the bill or what had been inspected on my car and became unavailable before I realized that they had charged me $35 over the already outrageous quote of $110.

Buyer beware!!!

I leased an A6 from Keyes Audi in 2004. This was the most awful car buying experience I have had. The whole transaction from beginning to end was nothing but a big scam. They made promises in writing and did not keep them. Because of these scumbags, I have lost trust in Audi itself as they choose to ignore these yoyo's shenanigans.

For my future auto needs, I will definitely look elsewhere.

My Review of Keyes Audi:
I would highly recommend Keyes Audi's Service Department to anyone. In the past, I have dealt with many of their service representatives (Monte Donovan, Ornella Mounzer & Tony Pruett), and each time I was more than satisfied with my visit.

I know Audis have a past when it comes to reliability (and I have had a few wonky things happen with my TT), but seriously, these guys make me feel comfortable getting another Audi in the future. My TT will be going back at lease-end, but that's only because I'm waiting to get the second generation TT roadster in another 2 years or so, and opted to get a less expensive car in the meantime.

I am an AUDI person, had a A4, right now have a 2005 A6, my mom has a 2004 A4, my brother has A4. All my cars are serviced at Keys Audi and we were never dissapointed. Amazing service, fast, friendly atmosphere, convinient after hours drop off and pick up, car always clean.
Ornela is the best!!! Nicest person I've ever met, customer service rocks! I would advice all audi owners come and experience high class service they provide! Deal with Ornela!

The most unprofessional car dealership I have ever worked with. They tried to pull a bait and switch routine with my financing, over a month after I received the car. Of course this was after the deal was already finalized and signed a month prior! I would not recommed this dealer to my worst enemy. Total scam artists... at an AUDI dealer? If you want a good car, try BMW. You get better value for the price.

My Review of Keyes Audi:
Went in looking for a pre-owned A4 1.8 in Gray and had my heart set on a stick. Unfortunately they didn't have exactly what I wanted, but suggested alternatives. Bill was congenial and gave me the s-p-a-c-e to collect my thoughts. I opted to wait and his demeanor never soured. Talk to Bill if you go into this dealership. Btw, I also met his manager (don't remember his name but his tag said 'Moscow, Russia') and he seemed a little sketch. He was more interested in looking down at his cell phone than talking with me. Deal with Bill ;-)
