My Review of Keyes European Mercedes:
Very nice environment with great service and choice of color combinations for my car. I was greeted by a sales gal Elvina and offered beverages and cookies!!! Wow!!! Two minutes after my wife and i came back from the test drive and totally lost with our decision, the manager (Arton) came introduced himself. He was extremely knowledgeable and without pressure helped us in our decision making. He was well mannered and well spoken...soon to find out he is an ex-attorney...how many dealerships do you know that have an attorney for a manager...
Post sale followup was great...checked with other dealers too but we had the BEST DEAL in town.

My Review of Keyes European Mercedes:
I bought a used E320 from Vlady. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I came to look at a new car and he suggested I look at a preowned also. The preowned looked almost the same as the new one and He saved me a lot of money. He called me two times after the sale to see if everything was OK. I felt comfortable with the way they do business.
A week later I had a small problem with the vehicle and they took care of me right away and gave me a free loaner with no objections.
Judging by my experience I would recommend this dealer.

My Review of Keyes European Mercedes:
I was extremely happy with the service/experience of Keyes European. I went to several dealers in the L.A. area before purchasing a mercedes from Keyes, and I found many of these other dealers to be pushy, impatient, and tried rushing into a deal I didnt want.

Ilan Lazarovitz was just the opposite. I would highly recommend keyes, and Ilan in particular, for anyone looking to purchase a mercedes benz.

My Review of Keyes European Mercedes:
Excellent service and knowledge. Have purchased 5 cars dealing with mike and he has been very helpful since the beginning. I cant believe some of the other reviews i have read especially the one stating Mike having a swastika on his forearm. Mike and I spoke about a lot of stuff besides cars and one of them was religion. The tattoo mistaken for a swastika is a religious cross. My experience with Keyes has been the best and i have recommended many friends and family to Mike and they have been extremely satisfied with his service and knowledge as well.

I'm very surprised to see the negative reviews for Keyes European. I have purchased four vehicles from them, starting with a c230, two E-Classes and the new CLS. Every time I time I've gone to the show room they have been courteous and extremely helpful. I've been given great prices and whenever I've felt the numbers didn't work Gary has stepped in and structured a the deal that works for me. I highly reccommend Keyes European. If you want an enjoyable car purchasing experience without the run around other dealerships have then Keyes is the place for you.

I am very surprised with the reviews Keyes European has received. I have purchased four vehicles from them starting with a c230, 2 E-Classes and the new CLS. Every time I've gone to the show room the employees have been nice, courteous and extremley helpful. I always leave there happy knowing I got a great deal. If your looking to buy a great car from a dealership that knows what their doing than Keyes is the place to go. Let's face it we're purchasing a luxury vehicle and we want the purchasing experience to be exceptional and that's exactly the kind of service Keyes European provides. EXCEPTIONAL

My Review of Keyes European Mercedes:
They screwed up time after time. I called to see if a car I was looking for was in stock. Was told it was there and they were looking right at it. Drive nearly 90 miles through LA traffic to get there to find out they were mistaken and they didn't have the car, but of course they tried to push me into another car.

When the car I wanted did arrive, it didn't have satellite radio. I was about to leave when they promised they would get it installed and said not to worry about it, they do it all the time. I was skeptical so I asked them to double check and be absolutely sure while I went out to get some dinner and think about it. When I returned they said no problem it can be done. I bought the car and of course they were unable to install the satellite radio. They tried to get me to convert my purchase to a lease while I waited for my new car to arrive that they wanted to order for me. They absolutely did not want their car back!!! did not make any sense; still doesn't. I turned the car back in a few days ago and am still waiting for my down payment to be returned (have been told it would be mailed in 1 day, would be mailed in 7-10 days and have been told it will be mailed in 5-7 days).

There are maaany other little things and really put me over the edge with this dealership. I am probably just going to order my car locally from Walters Mercedes.

My Review of Keyes European Mercedes:
After a short test drive, we were ushered to the sales office. Waiting for the salesman to get a trade in quote, another sales person came over used the phone, ignored us totally and left. Once the salesman came back, he was accompanies by his sales manager Mike. Mike didn't even introduce himself, sat down and trie dto pressure us into making a decision. As hi talked his long sleeve shirt rode up his arm to reveal a tattoo of a swastika. We immediately realized that this is not the dealership to do business.
