My Review of Keyes Honda:
I shopped for my Honda at Keyes several times before finally purchasing mine at Kolbe. The Manager TJ and several other of the staff at Keyes were smug, rude, and extremely pushy. They gave us such severe attitude when we said we wanted to keep looking! Their reply was "you won't find a cheaper price anywhere else." Guess what?! I did!! Don't forget that if you have a AAA membership, to email AAA directly and provide them with the make and model of the car you want to purchase. They will send you a list of the cheapest dealerships in your area and you can go from there. Don't forget that your Car Insurance company may have WAY better extended warranties then the dealerships. I purchased mine through Geico. Good Luck searching for your new car and don't forget to do your research, never give the dealership your phone number if you are just looking, and stay away from Keyes!!

My Review of Keyes Honda:
They cannot be trusted. My brakes were replaced only 5000 miles ago. I brought the car there for the first time ever for the normal 5000 mile check up when I moved to this area. They told me the brakes needed to be replaced. I took the car to yet another dealer in the area because I had the feeling Ernesto was not telling me the truth and was only trying to increase his numbers. Like they say - trust your gut! The brakes are in perfect working order. They are all smiles and sunshine - but it's because they are trying to gain your confidence.

My Review of Keyes Honda:
I'm really surprised by the attitude of the people who work at this dealership. First thing we have setup and appointment and the guy's doesn't honor is appointment time and leaves for home when we showed up there. Second thing none of the other guy's wants to help us just becoz you are buing a Honda Cvic LX, not sure if they are thinking that we are buying a cheaper car. It should not matter for a dealer if I'm buying a expensive car or a cheaper car. And their atitued is really worst among the dealers that I've visited so far.

My Review of Keyes Honda:
I took my car into service for a major inspection. I like to double check things to verify that the work was actually performed, so I took my tire pressure gauge along and and also looked at the tires as well as the air filters and the oil before taking the car in. When I got it back, everything had been performed according to spec. I then went to talk to the finance department about purchasing my car. To make a long story short, the got me out of my old car into a new one in a matter of hours, friendly, hassle free and with only a minute increase in monthly payment. All in all, I am very satisfied with my experiences in service and sales at Keyes Honda and would recommend them to anyone.
