I always get great service at Woodland Hills Honda! The service is fast & the Service Department is friendly and professional. My service advisor, Ernesto, always says hello and greets me with a smile. He calls and explains what my car needs & to let me know my car is ready to pick up. In this day & age, where you mostly hear about bad customer service, it's nice to go somewhere that strives to provide excellent customer service. It goes a long way in my book!

I went to Woodland Hills Honda with my clients vehicle with very little information and no paperwork. Realizing this lack on my part, I expected a certain amount of run-around and toss back and forth. Carlos was the first to greet me and asked minimal but the right questions to quickly guide me out of my confusion and into the right service party. He gave me his card and then later followed up with me.

He is ranked as the assistant service manager, absolutely NOT to my surprise, and will run a tight ship as service director in the future.

I have had both an outstanding sales AND service experience at Woodland Hills Honda. When I bought my car, it was the easiest car buying process I have ever gone through. My salesperson, Dave was great and the general manager of the store even came to see if everything was alright and if I was happy. I've taken my car for oil & filter changes since I bought my car and I've worked with Carlos who is always courteous and so very knowledgeable about what my Civic Hybrid needs. I recommend Woodland Hills Honda and have given them a 5-star rating to anyone who is looking to buy a Honda as well as anyone looking for a great service department.
