My Review of Keystone Motors Doylestown:
I have been waiting for the perfect used car to come my way and my patience paid off and am now the proud owner of a 2nd Volvo bought from Keystone. I wouldn't have it any other way but to put my 16 year old in a safe dependable car. As scary as it will be to watch him pull out of the driveway, knowing he will be better protected gives me peace of mind. Joe is confident,reassuring and highly well, believable. I actually felt "safe" to make my decision without consulting family. The Keystone dealership, both sales and service, gets a large thumbs up from my family. Son #2 is not that far off from being a driver and Joe should expect to see me again soon.

My Review of Keystone Motors Doylestown:
I have purchased at least ten volvos from Keystone Volvo. I Use their service department exclusively. I can always get an appointment when it is most convenient for me. They provide a ride to work if needed and will also provide a loaner car. Repairs are always discussed in advance and completed as promised. Volvos are great cars and Keystone is a great dealership.

Keystone Volvo is highly recommended to buy a high quality Pre Owned Volvo. We are long time Volvo owners and were impressed with the number of very high Pre Owned quality Volvos available at Keystone. Ours was one of them. The dealership is a long standing Volvo line dealership. Joe was a pleasure to deal with, always attentive and knowledgeable. Robert was also a pleasure to deal with. Both showed a deep understanding of what makes Volvo a great brand and provided my wife and I with a truly enjoyable purchasing experience.

Buying a car at Keystone Volvo has been the most pleasant car buying experience I've had. It was a pleasure dealing with Paul Heiser and Craig Hurley. I never felt pressured into buying that day even though I did. I just love my 2012 S60 and would recommend it to anyone. The S60 is a dream to drive and thanks to the team at Keystone Volvo, I'm living my dream!

My Review of Keystone Motors Doylestown:
Rich has the patience of Job. We first met Rich over a year ago and were ready to find "our Volvo." Having been previous Volvo owners, the only question was which one was right for us. Unfortunately, a variety of "life interferences" caused us to stop our dealings not once, not twice, but actually three separate times. Rich never flinched and didn't call us everyday pushing to get a deal done. Instead, he demonstrated the "no-hype" kind of salesmanship for which Keystone is known. He just told us to contact him when we were ready and he would be there for us.
Even on our last day and we had decided on the XC90, we had all but drawn up the contract when we made a last minute switch and decided on the XC60. Rich never wavered or indicated any kind of frustration but instead he took it in stride and once again demonstrated his professionalism and we are now driving our new 2012 XC60 and loving every minute of it.
In addition, Rich's knowledge of his products is exceptional and there is no question he is not willing to hear or provide and answer for. He did not try to pressure us on features that we didn't need, but he did make us aware of the Volvo's many options so that we would at least have the choice.Even on the day of the delivery, Rich stayed with us over an hour after closing to ensure we had a complete walk through of our new vehicle.
As a former Corporate Trainer for Customer Service, I can say that this man is the very best. Were anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle, we will gladly recommend Keystone Volvo of Doylestown and especially Rich Wobensmith.
FYI - We live over 25 miles from this dealership and have a Volvo dealer in our hometown as well as one much closer to our home, but we would suggest to any prospective car buyers to take the ride to Doylestown and see Rich at Keystone Motors of Doylestown.

My Review of Keystone Motors Doylestown:
After a very unpleasant experience with another dealership, it was a relief to find Keystone Volvo and Paul Heiser. Paul could not have been more patient and understanding with me. He really took the time to help me figure out what I wanted/needed and went right to work on trying to locate exactly what I wanted. Turns out it was right there on their lot! Nevertheless, Paul would have done whatever he needed to do to get me what I wanted! He was always very pleasant & courteous with me and my husband, especially during the negotiations. I would highly recommend both Paul and this dealership to anyone.
